    • The present invention is directed to an improved metal strips straightener, including an infeed device and a pressure frame. The infeed device has one or more leveling rollers, and the pressure frame has a roller frame. The roller frame has one or more roller blocks to bring a metal strip into a upward full encirclement wrap. Each roller block is attached with a camshaft, where each camshaft is connected to a motorized drive system. Rotation of the camshafts actuates the roller blocks to move the metal strips, applying pressure on the metal strips during the passing through of the roller blocks. A closing cylinder is attached to one end of a roller block, where the closing cylinder has a convex contact surface. Multiple roller blocks are connected to each adjacent roller blocks via their connected closing cylinders.

    • A crimping clamp includes a pair of clamp bodies, a pair of jaws and a pair of lock mechanisms. A head end of the clamp body includes a containing groove, a pair of perforations and at least one opening. The perforations are respectively disposed at two corresponding sides of the containing groove and correspond to each other. Each of the jaws includes a hole. When each of the jaws is combined in each containing groove, each hole corresponds to one of the openings. Each of the lock mechanisms includes a bolt, a rod and an operating lever. The bolt is movably inserted in the opening. One end of the rod is connected with one end of the bolt. The operating lever is movably inserted in the perforation, and one end of the operating lever is connected with the other end of the rod.

    • A guided keeper assembly includes a base, at least one marginal fastener aperture to detachably mount the base to an associated die shoe, and a central guide aperture. A guide pin is closely received in the central aperture of the base. A first end of the guide pin has an enlarged head to positively limit travel between the die shoe and die pad, and an opposite second end with a generally flat terminal shoulder configured for close reception in a blind hole in the die pad. The shoulder has a fastener aperture at a location spaced radially offset from the central axis of the guide pin. A fastener extends through the fastener aperture in the die pad and engages in the fastener aperture in the second end of the guide pin to securely, yet detachably, connect the second end portion of the guide pin with the die pad.
