摘要： Systems and methods are provided for removing ferrous debris from a vehicle assembly in an alkaline degreaser bath. A degreaser tank is configured in shape and size to accommodate a degreasing cleaning of vehicle assemblies. A conveyor system may selectively transfer vehicle assemblies into and out of the degreaser tank. A flushing system includes a plurality of debris removal flushing stations strategically located at side walls of the degreaser tank. Each station includes a set of electromagnets adjacent to an exterior of the degreaser tank to attract metal debris to a collection area at an interior wall, opposite the set of electromagnets. A drain port is located at the side wall, below the electromagnets. A supply line is provided above the electromagnets to selectively provide degreaser toward and direct debris to the drain port. A controller engages each debris removal flushing station based on a predetermined cycle.

摘要： A cleaning system is disclosed for cleaning concrete residue from a concrete mixer truck. The cleaning system may include a water delivery system having one or more conduits configured to deliver pressurized water to one or more spray headers positioned at various back-end portions of the truck. The cleaning system further includes one or more valves configured to control the flow of pressurized water through the one or more conduits to the one or more spray headers. In various embodiments, the one or more valves are manually operable to control the release of water to the spray headers. In other embodiments, the one or more valves are controlled by a computing device through an electrical coupling such as a communication bus. The cleaning system may be configured to clean different portions of the truck using different sets of spray headers at different times as part of a washing protocol.

The safety closure comprises: a lid which is actuated in particular mechanically for closing the container; a shut-off device for shutting off the media supply line; a pivoting lever with an actuating arm for pressing on the lid and with an in particular opposite first locking element; and a second locking element which is drive-coupled to the shut-off device and, which as a stop for the first locking element, being selectively operative when the shut-off device is open, is configured such that the lid can not be opened. Accidentally opening the lid when the container is spray rinsed can thereby be prevented in a simple and reliable manner.

摘要： Extended reach sluicer systems, devices, and methods for breaking up and retrieving chemical, radioactive, hazardous materials and/or other waste from storage tanks, with mechanical arms and nozzles which utilize fluid jets to break up and liquefy in-tank material. The invention can work with tanks having additional issues, such as but not limited to high temperature or low temperature conditions. An upper assembly attachable to a tank can control the transverse rotation of a vertical mast and with a lower end pivotally attached to a boom having a nozzle assembly attached to an outer end. The boom can telescopically retract and extend to different length positions by cables and pulleys. Controls with take-up mechanisms can elevate up and down or transverse left and right the nozzle assembly.

The cleaning means 80 is provided with a spray nozzle 81 which sprays a gas toward the gripping hand 70 and an exhaust fan 82 which exhausts the gas from the inside of the booth 10.

摘要： A cartridge filter cleaning device sprays water onto the outside of a cartridge filter as a nozzle array is moved with respect to the longitudinal axis of the filter as the filter is rotated. In an electric version, a DC motor drives a threaded rod to provide nozzle array movement, and a drive belt to rotate the cartridge filter. In a fluid-driven version, a pump provides fluid pressure for the cartridge filter rotation and nozzle array movement. Multiple cartridge filter embodiments use a single motor or pump to rotate the cartridge filters and move the nozzle array. The nozzle array provides a single nozzle or a plurality of spaced-apart nozzles for each filter. Filter orientation may be vertical, horizontal, or angled.

摘要： An apparatus and method for cleaning the interior of an above ground storage tank includes a nozzle assembly mounted to a cover on the storage tank sidewall having a horizontally extending wash pipe fixedly and a suction pipe for recirculation of spent fluids. The wash pipe has an interior segment which can be extended to a tank floor and is configured with a bend to extend along the tank sidewall to which is attached a submersible swivel joint fitted with a choked nozzle. The nozzle assembly is attached to a control assembly so that the direction of flow from the nozzle may be manipulated by rotation of the swivel joint from the exterior of the storage tank. The nozzle also may be adjusted so the direction of flow may follow the angle of the tank floor.
