摘要： A chemically washed workpiece is heated and degreased by a heating and degreasing section in a process for delivering the workpiece in a base which is then cooled down in a cooling section. The workpiece is then delivered onto the base by a lift-up unit and is coated by the adhesion of the powder coat and the curing operation during the passage of pipes of an electrostic coater, a curing section and the like. Furthermore, the workpiece is again delivered into the base by a lift-down unit and discharged after being cooled down during the passage of pipes of the cooling section i.e., the units of each step being arranged separately into a lower mechanism group and an upper mechanism group, and the cooling section also serving to cool the workpiece after the heating, degreasing and curing. Accordingly, the overall length of the apparatus is shortened. Also, since the electrostic coater, an workpiece outer circumference cleaner and the cuing section are covered by independent dust protecting covers, dust collecting efficiency for the floating powder coat is enhanced.

摘要： A powder coating booth and a recirculating air system is provided for electrostatic coating of articles. The booth includes an operator compartment and a spray chamber. A recirculating fan supplies air to the operator compartment which passes through a window into the spray chamber. The fan also provides air flow through orifice plates at the top of the spray chamber to surround the articles in a controlled manner. The fan additionally supplies air against the back wall of the spray chamber. All of the air in the spray chamber is passed through a reclamation filter and back to the fan. The entire system can be provided on a mobile base.

Each of the filters made of a cloth material held in place by filter frames and may be used with either battens fixed to the frames or removable and held in place in pockets provided in the filter cloth.

摘要： An industrial painting method and system utilizing a washer, dry-off oven, spray booth, and bake oven, in which solvent paint vapors from the spray booth are concentrated in a filter which is subsequently degassed by a flow of hot air from the dry-off oven, and the degassed vapors admixed with the atmosphere of the bake oven. The bake oven atmosphere is continuously circulated to the washer and burned in the burner of the washer to incinerate solvent vapors, and the gasses produced by incineration are transported to the dry-off oven to form the atmosphere thereof. The principal exhaust from the system occurs from the dry-off oven and is substantially free of solvent vapors and of low temperature.

摘要： A device for spraying and baking panels within a single automated unit. The spray booth and baking environment are differentially pressurized and purged such that the unit can be located with an environment which is electrically classified as hazardous for flammable materials. Parameters unique for processing materials to be used are programmed into a control computer. Mounted within the spray chamber is an emissions reduction attachment which collects paint and wash liquids used in purging the spray gun during the spray cycles. Significant increase in the useful life of materials collecting paint overspray and a decrease in airborne emissions can thereby be achieved.
