摘要： A dip tank and recycling system for applying antimicrobial solution to food items, including a dip tank having a bottom and sides, and holding a liquid antimicrobial solution. A conveyor to convey food items through the tank passes through the liquid antimicrobial solution held in the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are dipped in the liquid antimicrobial solution. At least two discharge nozzles spray fresh antimicrobial solution into the tank. The discharge nozzles are located in the sides of the tank, and are positioned above the level of the conveyor but below an expected top level of the liquid antimicrobial solution contained within the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are agitated by the force of the spray from the discharge nozzles. The spray from the discharge nozzles causes unstacking of items on the conveyor, producing an even application of the antimicrobial solution.

摘要： A system and method for the separation of oil and water. Contaminated water is introduced into a settling and separating bowl through an inlet pipe. The contaminants float to the top and are recovered by a weir skimmer. The weir skimmer is fluidly connected to a recovered oil tank which receives the recovered oil. An oil separator filter belt is located in the separating bowl and separates the bowl into two segments: an upstream end on the side closest to the inlet and a downstream end on the opposite side of the inlet of the belt. The oil separator filter belt aggregates entrapped and entrained oil and other contaminants.

摘要： A rotary disc filter is provided with an integrated backwash and chemical cleaning system. In one mode of operation, backwash is directed through a control valve to one or more nozzles for spraying the backwash onto the filter media forming a part of a rotary disc filter. In a second mode, a chemical cleaning mode, the pump directs backwash through an eductor that induces a chemical into the inductor which is mixed with the backwash to form a backwash-chemical mixture that is sprayed onto the filter media. A control system is used in conjunction with the backwash and cleaning systems to monitor process information and/or filter media properties and to determine when to perform backwashes and regenerative cleanings in order to optimize the performance of the filter system.

The assembly includes a float assembly, a gusset member coupled to the float assembly and a strainer assembly rotatably mounted to the gusset member. The strainer assembly has a coupling portion for coupling to a hose. The strainer assembly is rotatable relative to the gusset member and the float assembly about a central longitudinal axis defined by the strainer assembly. The strainer assembly includes a strainer cage defining an interior cavity, and a strainer cartridge selectively disposable in the interior cavity and retained therein. The strainer cartridge has a generally cylindrical configuration and rotates about the central longitudinal axis of the strainer assembly. The strainer cartridge includes a corrugated exterior surface including bent portions forming alternating furrow and ridge portions substantially about the circumference of the strainer cartridge.
