摘要： The present invention discloses a preparation method of a cotton bast fiber and chitosan composite non-woven fabric for filtration and belongs to the technical field of fiber materials. The preparation method adopts steam flash explosion for pretreatment to separate cotton bast first, then a papermaking method is used for forming, finally chitosan is added to enhance the mechanical performance and improve the filtration efficiency, and a technological process is simple, environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial production. The non-woven fabric adopts lignin-rich cotton bast fibers and chitosan as raw materials, so that the non-woven fabric has good antibacterial performance. The cotton bast and chitosan used in the preparation method are both bio-based materials which can be degraded in the natural environment after use, so that burdens caused to the environment are reduced. At the same time, the problem that electrospinning methods are difficult to use in industrialized and mass production is avoided.

摘要： A polymer, applications thereof, and method of making a nanofiber nonwoven product is disclosed which includes: providing a spinnable polyamide polymer composition comprising a solution of a polyamide in a suitable solvent, wherein the polyamide has a Relative Viscosity of from 30-300; a basis weight greater than 1 gm/m2, solution-spinning the polyamide polymer composition into a plurality of nanofibers having an average fiber diameter of less than 1 micron (1000 nanometers); and forming the nanofibers into said nonwoven product which thereby has an average nanofiber diameter of less than 1 micron (1000 nanometers). Preferably, the nonwoven product is solution-spun from a process selected from (i) centrifugal spinning using a rotating spinneret or (ii) 2-phase propellant-gas spinning including extruding the polyamide polymer composition in liquid form with pressurized gas through a fiber-forming channel. Suitable solvents include formic acid, sulfuric acid, trifluoroacetic acid, hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) and phenols including m-cresol.

The continuous filament is composed of a nearly V-shape portion 6 in the nearly Y4-like shape, formed from low melting point polyester, and the other nearly+shape portion 5 therein, formed from high melting point polyester. The continuous filaments are heat-bonded with each other by the low melting point polyester. The spun bond nonwoven fabric is bonded by a powder type or spider web type hot melt adhesive agent with the melt blown nonwoven fabric.

摘要： Pleated filtration media, filtration media packs, and filtration elements containing projections are disclosed. The pleated filtration media includes projections on at least one surface, the projections configured to engage adjacent media sheets so as to reduce masking of the media. The pleated media and media pleat packs contain protrusions on the surface of the media. These protrusions are three dimensional structures that are on the surface of the media and are provided by forming the protrusion directly in the filtration media or applying structures, such as adhesive beads, or onto one or both faces of the media. Elongation of the adhesive bead can facilitate greater separation of the adjacent faces of pleated media if desired. These protrusions, also referred to herein as projections or dimples, can either contact each other or contact flat media and keep adjacent media faces from becoming in intimate contact with each other.
