    • A game board apparatus and method of playing the game according to the present invention includes a game board arranged with four player areas. The four player areas are arranged in a virtually identical manner and each is marked for one of the four suits of a conventional deck of playing cards. Each player area includes four blocks with each block being partitioned into two game spaces which are separated by a ladder. The cards marked in the eight game spaces are for the two through nine of that player's suit. Above the ladders in each player's area are four squares marked for the jack, queen, king, and ace of that player's suit. An initial target value is assigned for the play of the game and a conventional deck of playing cards with a joker-like wild card mixed in is shuffled and placed on the game board. A conventional die in combination with a color-coded die is used by each player during their turn. The conventional die determines the number of game spaces to be moved by a common game token, used by all players. The color-coded die determines the number of cards to be drawn by that player on his turn. Once all the cards of the deck are drawn, a round has ended and the players generate their own score based upon the cards which they are holding at the time the round ends. The objective is to reach a score which equals the target amount.

    • Each of the two hundred sixteen possible numerical combinations of three six-sided dice is visually differentiated, one from the other, by retaining the six differently numbered faces on a conventional first neutral die; coding each of the six differently numbered faces on a second die with separate figure symbols; and coding each of the six numbered faces on a third die with separate colors and five different numbers. One of the faces of the third die repeats the number on one of the other faces of that die. Rolling the set of three dice over an extended period of time will display each of the expected fifteen numerical sums, ranging in values from three through seventeen, in two-hundred-sixteen separate and visually differentiated combinations, each turning up with equal odds of 1 in 216. Development of this coding technique, to separate and expand the normally expected fifteen numerical sums to two-hundred-sixteen numerical scores, by visually differentiating each of two-hundred-sixteen possible combinations of three six-sided dice, rolled with equal odds, affords a simplified but practical application to create a variety of new dice related games incorporating game boards, playing cards or a combination thereof.

    • The present invention is directed to a kissing shield game and method teaching safe affection to at least one person playing the kissing shield game. The kissing shield game includes a plurality of removable pegs, a playing surface, a gaming member, a plurality of frames and a plurality of thin, flexible membranes forming a finger kissing shield, and a resettable timer. The playing surface has a plurality of holes arranged in a predetermined pattern with each of the plurality of holes being capable of receiving at least one of the plurality of removable pegs. Each side of the gaming member has a different color associated therewith as well as a predetermined set of alphanumeric symbols associated therewith. The finger kissing shield is used when a selected person or object determined by a player is kissed so that the player learns safe affection and the proper use of the finger kissing shield through repetition.
