摘要： A device and method for detecting recirculation for an extracorporeal blood treatment apparatus and an apparatus with a device for detecting recirculation are based on targeted haemodilution by administration of a substituate bolus, causing a pressure change in venous and arterial branches of the extracorporeal circuit due to a viscosity change of flowing fluid. Recirculation is detected based on detection of the pressure change. The device includes a control unit cooperating with a device for conveying blood and a device for supplying substituate. The control unit provides an operating mode for detecting recirculation, in which blood flow rate is reduced during administration of a substituate bolus. With simultaneous substituate bolus administration and reduction of blood flow rate, the composition of fluid flow is optimized for detection of recirculation, so that fairly large pressure changes result in venous and arterial branches, thereby improving sensitivity and reliability of the measurement method.

摘要： The present invention relates to a dialysis machine for the purification of blood, a manifold for the dialysis machine as well as to a process for the regeneration of the dialysis bath. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dialysis machine, a manifold for the dialysis machine as well a process which facilitates the administration of medical preparations during a dialysis procedure. In order to solve the object, a dialysis machine according to the present invention comprises tubes (1, 5, 8) connected with a dialyzer (6), means for delivering pharmaceuticals into the tubes and a pump (11) for the transport of blood through the tubes and the dialyzer. The dialysis machine comprises means for administration (4) of at least one pharmaceutical by a suction effect of the pump or by a pressure effect of the pump or by an excess pressure of a gas or a liquid.

摘要： A connection port 31 includes a cylindrical outer port 42 to which downstream piping 30b (discharge-side piping) is connected; an inner port 43 to which upstream piping 30a (supply-side piping) is connected, and which is provided in the outer port; and a lid member 44 which closes the inner port as well as the outer port. The inner port is provided so as to extend through the outer port from the outside of the outer port, and a heater H is provided on a portion of the inner port projecting outside the outer port. When the lid member is in a closed state, the inner port is heated with the heater to sterilize the portion of the inner port exposed to the outside, thus enabling the connection port to be cleaned at a higher level.
