摘要： A dental implant system with a ceramic implant and with an abutment, which moreover includes an insert element for the ceramic implant. The insert element is either manufactured from non-ceramic material or is manufactured essentially of injection molded ceramic. The insert element matches with a recess a proximal region of the ceramic implant and is inserted or insertable into the recess. The insert element serves for the fastening of the abutment and for this is equipped with fastening structures. The insert element, which is arranged in the recess of the ceramic implant, is connectable or connected to the ceramic implant by way of a frictional connection and/or positive connection with respect to axial traction.

摘要： A system for attaching a natural tooth to a dental implant. The system comprises a dental prosthesis and an elastomeric cushion. The dental prosthesis has a first end and a second end. The first end is fixed to a natural tooth and the second end is engaged with a dental implant. The elastomeric cushion is positioned in contact, either directly or indirectly, with at least a portion of the dental implant and at least a portion of the dental prosthesis such that the elastomeric cushion permits movement of the second end relative to the dental implant in response to movement of the natural tooth transferred through the dental prosthesis to the second end.

The indexing elements extend especially at least partially into the region of the conical outer surface of the journal.

摘要： A dental implant is provided that can be firmly fixed in an oral cavity, even if the amount of bone required to embed the implant is small. A necessary amount of bone can be secured by generating new bone so that the fixture part of the implant can be fixed in the bone. The fixture part of the implant includes several members movably connected to each other so that the fixture part is adjustable in length. The fixture part includes a first member made up of an uppermost member, a middle member, and an end member. It is preferred that the middle member be cylindrical or rod-shaped with male screws extending radially outwardly from an outer circumferential periphery thereof. The fixture part also includes a second member which is a hollow cylinder. It is preferred that the hollow cylinder have a tapped hole on one end with female screw on an inner periphery thereof so that the middle member of the first member can be screwed into the second member. The continuous stimulating force formed by the embedment of the implant into bone and the lifting up of the mucous membrane by extending the fixture part of the implant, contributes to the osteogenesis around the implant.
