摘要： According to some embodiments, systems and methods for altering the draw of a cigar are provided. The systems may include an elongate shaft with a working portion at the distal end. The working portion may have any of number of blades, corners, recesses, grooves, textures, and sharp points, among others. The methods may include assessing the draw of a cigar, inserting the working portion into the cigar, using the working portion to catch, cut, and pull and then remove tobacco from within the cigar, testing the draw of the cigar, and repeating the above steps until the draw is ideal.

In a preferred embodiment, the inner size adapting sleeve may be cylindrical in shape and is removable, allowing the invention to be adapted to various sizes of smoking devices. The cigar splitter apparatus of the invention is adapted to receive smoking devices of various diameters which include all common diameters of smoking devices currently in use. The improved size adaptable cigar splitter apparatus of the invention may further comprise a lanyard tang adapted to receive a necklace, lanyard, or similar structure to facilitate ease of carrying.

摘要： A cigarillo splitter operable to create a row of apertures in the external wrap of a cigarillo in order to facilitate the splitting of the external wrap. The cigarillo splitter further includes a first plate member and a second plate member that are rectangular in shape and of the same size. The first plate member and second plate member are hingedly attached wherein the first plate member has a first position and a second position. The first plate member includes a plurality of pins oriented in a row extending the length of the first plate member. A groove is formed in the second plate member and is in axial alignment with the plurality of pins. A spacer is secured intermediate the first plate member and second plate member to ensure a parallel orientation when the first plate member is in its second position.

摘要： An apparatus has a housing that has a first section and a second section. The first section has a first compartment for storing a cigarette and a second compartment for containing a cutting device having a blade. The first compartment is sealed from the second compartment. A slide button on the housing allows the user to move the cutting device within the second compartment. The second section has an opening and a hollow interior that are sized to allow a user to insert a portion of a cigarette through the opening and into the hollow interior. A user inserts the used portion of a cigarette into the opening and hollow interior and then uses the slide button to move the blade into the hollow interior to cut off the used portion of the cigarette. The user then places the remaining portion of the cigarette in the first compartment.
