    • An optical image measurement device comprises: a light source configured to output a light having low temporal coherence and low spatial coherence; an optical system configured to split the light into a signal light and a reference light and superimpose the signal light having passed through a measured object and the reference light, thereby generating an interference light; a light receiver configured to receive the interference light and output an electric signal; and a forming part configured to form an image of the measured object based on the electric signal, wherein: the light receiver has a light receiving face on which a plurality of light receiving elements are arranged 2-dimensionally; and the optical system projects the interference light onto the light receiving face so that a size of the spatial coherent region of the interference light becomes equal to or larger than a size of the light receiving element.

    • A wavelength stabilizing light source apparatus comprising a light source, a beam splitter, a scanning mirror, a reflector, a first and a second light receiver, a phase detector and a wavelength stabilizer. The first light receiver receives a first interference signal formed from the interference between the coherent light coming from the scanning mirror and coherent light reflected by the first reflecting surface. The second light receiver receives a second interference signal formed from the interference between the coherent light coming from the scanning mirror and the coherent light reflected by the second reflecting surface. The phase detector detects the difference in phase between the first and the second interference signal. The wavelength stabilizer stabilizes the wavelength of the light source by keeping constant the phase difference detected by the phase detector. The apparatus also includes an optical path length difference forming device for keeping a constant difference in length between the first optical path of its first member and the second optical path of its second member despite changes in temperature.

    • An optical image measurement device comprises: an interference-light generator configured to generate an interference light by splitting a low-coherence light into a signal light and a reference light and superimposing the signal light having passed through an eye and the reference light having passed through a reference object; a detector configured to detect the generated interference light; a calculator configured to obtain intensity distribution of the interference light in the eye, based on a result of the detection by the detector; a determining part configured to determine a projection position of the signal light to the eye, based on the obtained intensity distribution; and an image forming part configured to form an image of the eye, based on a result of detection of a new interference light based on a new signal light projected toward the determined projection position and a new reference light having passed through the reference object.
