    • The disclosure provides a containerless casting forming machine, including: a multi-axis motion system which at least includes an X-axis motion system, a Y-axis motion system and a Z-axis motion system, and a workbench which is below the multi-axis motion system; and further includes: a moving platform system below the workbench, including a moving bracket which can reciprocate along the direction parallel to the X axis, a lifting device provided on the moving bracket, which is used for lifting and supporting the workbench to enable the linkage between the workbench and the moving bracket. The containerless casting forming machine of the disclosure can move the workbench without a lifting tool, and machine a casting mold with a large size and a complex cavity, and causes little pollution to the environment.

    • The present invention provides a locating beam and a robot linear motion unit having the same. The locating beam comprises a first support beam (11) and a second support beam (12) which are parallel to each other, wherein a crossbeam (13) is connected between the first support beam (11) and the second support beam (12) and is vertical to the beams (11, 12), and each of the joints between the crossbeam (13) and the beams (11, 12) is provided with a right-angle connecting piece (15). The robot linear motion unit comprises a motion track and a transmission mechanism arranged along the extension direction of the motion track, wherein the motion track is arranged on a surface of the locating beam. By arranging a crossbeam and right-angle connecting pieces between the first support beam and the second support beam in the locating beam, the present invention effectively improves the mechanical structure strength of the locating beam, reduces the deflection deformation and twist deformation of the locating beam, and improves the impact resistance of the robot linear motion unit.

    • The invention provides enzymatic methods for direct determination of percentage of glycated hemoglobin in blood samples without the need of a separated measurement of total hemoglobin content in blood samples. The methods utilizes one or two different types of oxidizing agents which selectively oxidize low-molecular weight reducing substances and high-molecular weight (mainly hemoglobin) reducing substances in blood samples, coupled with enzymatic reactions catalyzed by proteases, fructosyl amino acid oxidase. The amount of hydrogen peroxide generated in the reaction is measured for determination of percentage of glycated hemoglobin in blood samples. The invention provides kits for performing the methods of the invention.
