摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a thermally expandable base material for vehicle interior enabling production of an interior material for vehicle that is lightweight and has sufficient sound-absorbing properties, high stiffness and the like, and a method for producing a base material for vehicle interior. The present method for producing a thermally expandable base material for vehicle interior is characterized by comprising: mixing a synthetic resin emulsion, a thermally expandable microcapsule emulsion, and a resin-based adhesive emulsion; impregnating an inorganic fiber mat with the emulsion mixture; drying the mat at a temperature lower than a thermal expansion starting point of the thermally expandable microcapsule; heating the mat at a temperature at which a synthetic resin powder melts and which is lower than the thermal expansion starting point of the thermally expandable microcapsule; hot-pressing and cooling the mat. The present method for producing a base material for vehicle interior is characterized by comprising: heating the thermally expandable base material for vehicle interior at a temperature higher than the thermal expansion starting point of the thermally expandable microcapsule to thermally expand.

An air bag 16 is housed within a space formed by a front pillar main body 38 and a pillar garnish 40 in a front pillar portion 20. When the air bag 16 expands, the pillar garnish 40 is pressed by an expanding pressure of the air bag 16, so that an opening for expanding the air bag 16 is formed between the front pillar main body 38 and the pillar garnish 40, and the air bag 16 expands into a vehicle cabin through the opening. since a non-expanding portion is formed at the air bag 16 and a hinge portion 46 is formed at the pillar garnish 40, the expanding pressure applied to the pillar garnish 40 when the air bag 16 expand is low, so that the pillar garnish 40 can be easily opened through the hinge portion 46.

摘要： A heat processing apparatus comprises: a reaction vessel; a heating unit disposed in the reaction vessel and configured to heat the processing region; a temperature detection part configured to detect a temperature of the processing region; and a control part configured to control the heating unit by a PID control. The control part includes: a rule table that is prepared such that predicted change amounts of a temperature property item when a temperature of the processing region is increased up to a target value, and change ratios of PID constants are correspondingly related to each other; a performance unit configured to repeatedly perform: a step of obtaining a temperature profile based on a temperature detected value of the temperature detection part and calculating a difference between an actually measured value and a target value of the temperature property item based on the temperature profile; and a step of, when the difference is over an allowable range and larger than a prescribed value, referring to the rule table and changing the PID constants to reset new PID constants by a change ratio corresponding to an predicted change amount of the temperature property item relative to the difference; until the difference can fall within the allowable range. The control part also includes an updating unit configured to update, when there is a difference between an actually measured change amount of the temperature property item with reference to the rule table and an predicted change amount of the temperature property item that has been predicted in the preceding cycle, the corresponding relationship between the PID constants and the predicted change amounts of the temperature property item described in the rule table, based on the actually measured change amount.

A second connector is provided with a pair of rails which are brought into sliding engagement with a pair of slots provided to a second bracket, thereby to fix the second connector to the second bracket. The second connector has a body housing a plurality of connection terminals connected to an auxiliary component, a lid connected to the body via a hinge, an engagement member engaging the lid with the body and a connector hood fitted into the first connector. The lid engaged with the body after the connection terminals are housed in the body prevents the connection terminals from being pulled out. The second bracket supports the auxiliary component. The engagement of the second bracket with the first bracket leads to the fitting of the second connector to the first connector, resulting in the auxiliary component fixed to the panel.
