摘要： The present invention is used for a printing target having a non-flat surface portion in at least a portion of a printing surface. To form a decorative printing film on the printing surface of a base material, ink droplets of the same color as the color of the printing film are ejected from nozzles of an inkjet printer onto the printing surface. The distance from the nozzles to the printing surface is represented by X (mm). The droplet amount of the ink is represented by Y (pl). When the maximum value of the distance X is greater than 5 mm, the droplets are ejected from the nozzles each by an amount greater than the droplet amount Y represented by the equation: Y=0.9X1.5.

Since the decorative member 2 is observed in the vent hole 141, the wheel main body 1 including spoke portions 14 does not have to be thinned. In addition, since the design of the decorative member is observed in cooperation with the design of the disc portion 11, the degree of freedom in design is increased.

摘要： A method for molding an in-mold coating product including a substrate and a coating formed on a surface of the substrate. A first mold including a fixed mold piece is closed to form a substrate cavity therein. The substrate cavity is charged with a resin to form the substrate with a seal projection formed near the parting line of the first mold. Then, a second mold, which uses the fixed mold piece of the first mold, is closed with the substrate arranged on the fixed mold piece to form a coating cavity therein. The second mold deforms the seal projection so that when a coating material is charged into the coating cavity, the coating material does not leak out toward the parting line of the second mold.

摘要： An illuminating device is installed at an outer side surface of a rear side door of a vehicle for illuminating a road surface section beside a front side door of the vehicle. The device is accommodated in a rear side molding secured to the outer side surface of the rear side door. The light source of the illuminating device radiates light along a linear optical path extending diagonally downward from a portion of the outer side surface of the rear side door in which the light source is installed to the road surface section beside the front side door. Further, the illuminating device includes a prism lens for refracting the light of the light source outwardly and away from the outer side surface of the vehicle body. This enables the device to effectively illuminate the road surface section beside the vehicle.

摘要： A fender liner includes a surface layer serving as the outermost layer and an inner layer located between the surface layer and the outer surface of a wheel well. The surface layer and the inner layer are formed of nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric forming the inner layer has a higher tensile strength than that of the nonwoven fabric forming the surface layer. Accordingly, the fender liner has a favorable noise reduction capability, and has a sufficient rigidity to bear a weight increase due to water absorption. Alternatively, the nonwoven fabric forming the surface layer may have a higher bulk specific gravity and a smaller fiber diameter than those of the nonwoven fabric forming the inner layer. In this case, the noise reduction capability and the durability are both improved.
