摘要： In a pressure seal apparatus for a high pressure steamer, seal rolls form a nip in a roll seal mechanism mounted on the fiber products feed in and take out openings of a high pressure steamer vessel body. The roll seal mechanisms shield the inside of the vessel from external air when fiber products are fed in or taken out and are positioned on the upper planes of a seal block through which a fiber products passage extends. Different members can be combined with the seal rolls in forming the seal mechanism, such as intermediate rolls formed as water permeable hoses are inserted into concave parts provided on opposite sides of the fiber products passage through the seal block. In another embodiment an elastic sealing member is placed in contact with the seal block and the seal rolls. In still another embodiment a shielding valve is provided at one end of the fiber products passage for regulating vessel internal pressure and preventing sudden pressure leakage. As another alternative a vessel internal pressure detector and a pressure affording force regulating mechanism can be used or a fine adjustment mechanism can be employed for up and down movement of the seal block for stabilizing the pressure contacting force of the seal rolls and intermediate rolls to an appropriate value.

摘要： In a pressure seal apparatus for a high pressure steamer, seal rolls form a nip in a roll seal mechanism mounted on the fiber products feed in and take out openings of a high pressure steamer vessel body. The roll seal mechanisms shield the inside of the vessel from external air when fiber products are fed in or taken out and are positioned on the upper planes of a seal block through which a fiber products passage extends. 摘要： An apparatus for continuous untwisting and crimping of a cloth, including in a treating chamber, a pair of endless net conveyers spaced vertically apart and forming a gap therebetween to serve as a cloth passage. A plurality of jet pipes, each having a series of nozzles, are arranged to jet a high pressure fluid into the cloth passage. The jet pipes are provided in a zigzag up and down arrangement on the outside of the gap with the net conveyers between them. As a long knitted or woven cloth is passed continuously through the cloth passage while it receives the force of a fluid jetted zigzag from both sides, the cloth adopts a snaky or undulating state, and is stretched, beat and crumpled strongly so that the cloth is untwisted and crimped effectively.

摘要： An apparatus for treating a cloth continuously with the use of low-temperature plasma comprising a reactor provided with seal mechanisms, a plurality of cloth guide rolls provided up and down in the reactor for transporting a cloth zigzag forming snaky undulations, a plurality of partition walls provided up and down alternately in the reactor for forming zigzag cloth passages to transport the cloth therebetween, a gas supply opening provided in the vicinity of the cloth outlet for jetting a gas to the zigzag cloth passages, a pair of electrode plates provided in adjacent to the gas supply opening for producing low-temperature plasma with the combined use of high frequency electric wave applied thereto and the gas jetted from the gas supply opening, and a vacuum duct provided in the vicinity of the cloth inlet of the reactor. It is preferable further to provide a plurality of electrode pairs in the reactor by putting the zigzag cloth passages therebetween. The treatment of a cloth, for instance souring and finishing, can be done eminently with the use of this apparatus.

摘要： A pressure seal apparatus employing air balance of a high pressure steamer in which sealing gas is pressure introduced into an air seal chamber shut off from outer air by a roll seal mechanism installed at the fiber feed in and take out openings of a high pressure steamer vessel body, so that the gas and steam which leaks from within the vessel body into the air seal chamber are bumped or mixed with each other for forming air balance within the vessel body. In the pressure seal apparatus a plurality of small gas chambers are provided in the air seal chamber within the above mentioned vessel body, wherein an exhaust tube for mixed gas of the pressure sealing gas and steam leaking out of the vessel body is connected at least to a small gas chamber at which gas and steam are mixed together, and further a pressure introduction (supply) mechanism for supplying gas into the air seal chamber is provided near the roll seal mechanism.

摘要： An apparatus for treating a textile product with the use of low-temperature plasma includes a reactor, and an arrangement for transporting a textile product to be treated, located within the reactor and arranged to move the textile product between taking-up shafts. The textile product is passed through a passage in the reactor formed between a pair of electrode plates. A mechanism maintains a vacuum in the interior of the reactor, and gas is supplied into the reactor between the electrode plates. The electrode plates are connected to produce a low-temperature plasma therebetween. The textile product such as a cloth, string or yarn can be treated effectively using only small amounts of heat energy and water resource.

摘要： A method for the continuous treatment of a cloth using a low-temperature plasma, wherein a cloth is dried by heating the cloth in a reduced pressure chamber, and the cloth is then transported through a low-temperature plasma atmosphere in a low-temperature plasma treating chamber without exposing the cloth to the atmosphere under ordinary pressure. An apparatus for carrying out the process is also disclosed. The cloth can further be subjected to the low-temperature plasma polymerization treatment in another reduced pressure chamber.
