摘要： A field emission device using carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is provided. The field emission device includes a cathode on which a plurality of CNT emitters are arranged, a gate insulating layer having a through hole through which electrons emitted from the CNT emitters pass, and a gate electrode which corresponds to the through hole of the gate insulating layer and has an enlongated gate hole that forms an electric field having different strengths in a first direction and in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.

摘要： A reflective display device may include pixels. Each pixel may include sub-pixels. Each sub-pixel may include first and second substrates spaced apart from each other; a driving unit formed on a top surface of the first substrate; a reflective layer, acting as a first electrode to which a voltage is applied by the driving unit, disposed above the driving unit; a second electrode formed on a bottom surface of the second substrate; a color filter layer disposed between the reflective layer and the second electrode; and a polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) layer. If the color filter layer is formed on the reflective layer; then the PDLC layer may be disposed between the second electrode and color filter layer. If the color filter layer is formed on a bottom surface of the second electrode, then the PDLC layer may be disposed between the reflective layer and color filter layer.

The RFID display pixel includes an RFID tag having an antenna and an IC chip; and a display device connected to the RFID tag. The display device is driven according to information received from the antenna. The display apparatus includes a display panel having a two-dimensional array of a plurality of RFID display pixels having the RFID tag and display device. An image control unit generates an image signal to be displayed on the display panel and an RFID reading unit wirelessly communicates with the RFID tag and transmits the image signal generated in the image control unit to the RFID tag.
