摘要： Imidazo [1,5-a] pyrimidine derivatives of the formula (I) exhibit antifungal properties: ##STR1## wherein X.sub.1 and X.sub.2 are selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, an amino or substituted amino group, an alkoxy group, an alkylthio group, an alkylsulfinyl group and an alkylsulfonyl group; R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group and an aralkyl group.Compound (I) are prepared by reacting the corresponding .alpha.-acylamino-alkylpyrimidines with condensing agents to form chlorine-substituted imidazo [1,5-a] pyrimidines, then replacing one or both chlorine atoms in the pyrimidine ring with other substituents, if necessary.

摘要： A proteinaceous substance having the following biochemical characteristics:(A) a strong cytolytic activity against mouse tumor cells L-929, but not cytotoxic activity for normal cells such as human fetus fibroblasts, human adult skin fibroblasts and chinese hamster fibroblasts (Don, V-79) and therefore a high tumor specificity: and(B) a strong anti-tumor and immunogenic activity against Meth-A sarcoma. When said substance is injected intravenously to the syngenic BALB/C mice inoculated with Meth-A sarcoma at a quantity of more than 72 units head, not only hemorrhagic necrosis, but also complete degradation is observed. Thereafter, even if it is attempted again to transplant the Meth-A sarcoma cells under the skin of Mice cured completely, successful plantation is not observed because of an acquired immunity:(C) the substance has no pyrogenetic action after intravenous injection to rabbits:(D) a molecular weight of 45,000.+-.5,000 (determined by the gel filtration method with Sephacryl S-200): and(E) an isoelectric point pI of 4.8+0.3: and a method for its manufacture.

The anchoring member 3 includes a steel plate 5 having a substantially circular plate-like body and a connection rod 4 provided upright on the steel plate. The connection rod 4 is formed from a straight steel rod having a circular cross-section. The sleeve 2 is configured such that the connection rod 4 and the reinforcing bar 11 can be inserted thereinto while the connection rod 4 and the reinforcing bar 11 can be parallel to each other so as to overlap each other by a predetermined length. Wedge insertion holes 9, 9 are formed in the sleeve 2 between the reinforcing bar 11 and the connection rod 4 so as to be opposed to each other. A wedge member 6 is designed to be inserted into the wedge insertion holes 9, 9 for press-fitting.

A reinforcing bar joint 1 according to the present invention includes an elliptic-sectioned sleeve 2, a load transfer rod 3 to be inserted through the sleeve, and wedging means 4. The sleeve 2 is configured so that end portions of reinforcing bars 5a, 5b can be inserted into openings 6a, 6b formed in respective ends of the sleeve 2 so that the reinforcing bars are arranged in series along an identical line. The load transfer rod 3 can also be inserted therethrough in parallel with the end portions of the reinforcing bars 5a, 5b which are inserted into the sleeve 2.
