摘要： The bottle is provided with a base portion installed on the outer circumference brim of the bottom, a central recess installed inside the base portion and recessed toward the inside of the bottle, an annular wall portion installed between the base portion and the central recess and inclined so as to elevate gradually from the base portion to the central recess, and a plurality of ribs installed side by side at the annular wall portion in the circumferential direction of the bottom and protruding toward the inside of the bottle. The ribs are provided with a rising wall portion rising toward the inside of the bottle and an inclined wall portion inclined from the upper brim of the rising wall portion toward the lower brim of the rising wall portion of an adjacent rib. The rising wall portion is inclined more steeply than the inclined wall portion.

A synthetic resin container includes a mouth as a dispensing spout for a content medium, a trunk, extending contiguous to the mouth via a shoulder, and a bottom, closing a lower end of the trunk. The trunk is provided with reduced pressure absorbing panels, which are formed as ribs extending in the vertical direction while twisting in the circumferential direction about a central axis of the trunk and which are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction of the trunk. Twist angle of a lower end with respect to an upper end of each reduced pressure absorbing panel about the central axis is 50 degrees or more.

摘要： Provided is a process for producing satisfactory particles held in porous silica. The process comprises (a) the step of preparing porous silica, (b) the step of bringing the porous silica into contact with a liquid which contains either a metal or a compound that has the metal as a component element and infiltrating the liquid into the pores of the porous silica, and (c) the step of subjecting, after the step (b), the impregnated porous silica to a heat treatment to thereby form fine particles comprising the metal or the metal compound in the pores of the porous silica. When porous silica is synthesized by hydrolyzing an alkoxysilane in a solvent-free system, it is possible to synthesize porous silica having a fine pore diameter. Use of this porous silica as a template facilitates formation of particles (e.g., W, Cu, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, or Ni or an oxide of any of these metals) that show peculiar properties not observed in the bulk material.
