摘要： A tube for a heat exchanger has a tube member and a fin inserted in the tube member. The tube member has a first wall having a first end portion and a second wall having a second end portion. The second end portion of the second wall is folded over the first end portion of the first wall. Also, an end of the fin is held between the first end portion and the second end portion of the tube member. Further, the end of the fin has a bent portion at an end of the first end portion within the folded second end portion. The bent portion of the fin is engaged with the first end portion of the tube member for positioning the fin with respect to the tube member.

摘要： The present invention provides a blood collection container capable of allowing blood to coagulate in a short time and preventing blood from coagulating with bubbles contained therein and thus preventing formation of bubbly clots when used to collect blood therein. The clip includes an engaging part fit in and enagageable with an attaching hole in the door frame and a retained part retained to the base. The retained part includes a retaining piece and a coupling portion coupling the center area of the retaining piece in the longitudinal direction and the engaging part. Using an inserting means equipped with an insertion pin which is nearly cylindrical and sharp-pointed, the insertion pin is pierced into the base so that the retaining piece is fed through the inner peripheral side of the insertion pin to the inner face side of the base, thereby attaching the clip to the base.

摘要： An electronic blood pressure monitor has a main body provided with an arm insertion portion having a throughhole and provided with a cylindrical cuff, that is provided with an elbow rest receiving an elbow of an arm inserted through and thus placed outside the arm insertion portion. The elbow rest is rotatably supported at a lower portion of a rear side of the main body by a support shaft to be positionally changeable between elbow supporting and unused positions and at the unused position it is accommodated by the main body upper than the support shaft. The elbow rest includes a proximal support, a distal support and an elbow support. When blood pressure is measured the elbow rest is set to take the elbow supporting position to receive an elbow placed outside the arm insertion portion. An advantage of a home blood pressure monitor can be maintained and accurate blood pressure measurement can also be obtained.

When a fluid bladder for pressurizing is inflated with a fluid fed thereinto, the second expandable portion expands longer. As a result, force, which is generated on a cuff fixing element which is pushed by the fluid bladder for pressurizing, acts to a vertical direction with respect to an axial direction of a subject.

摘要： Prior to blood pressure calculations, air is enclosed in a blood pressure measurement bladder to be wound and mounted around the region for measurement, in advance. By referring to the variation in the pressure therein, the circumferential length of the region for measurement is detected based on the variation in the pressure therein during the winding correction determination process for the region for measurement. Then, the process enters blood pressure measurement, and the blood pressure measurement bladder is pressurized or depressurized. The pressure in the blood pressure measurement bladder is detected. A blood pressure based on the detected pressure is calculated according to the circumferential length of the region for measurement which has been detected in advance.
