摘要： A glass run 20 includes a glass run body 21 and a lip 22. The glass run body 21 is assembled to a glass run attachment plate 10 of a window frame 3, and the lip 22 made of an elastic material covers a flange 11 of the window frame 3. The lip 22 is formed to bend from the outside toward the inside of the passenger compartment with respect to the flange. The lip 22 includes a recess 22d formed on an interior face of a portion, of the lip, covering a protrusion of the flange 11. The recess 22d acts as a pivot of a change in a shape of the lip 22 when the lip 22 is opened.

摘要： A door weather strip includes an installation base member operatively coupled on a peripheral edge of a door of an automobile and a hollow seal member integrally molded with an inner-cabin side of the installation base member. The hollow seal member makes elastic contact with a door opening edge of a body when the door is in a closed position. A prop forms a part of a hollow wall of the hollow seal member. The prop is substantially linear in cross section, extends in an inner and outer cabin direction when the door is in the closed position and has a first protrusion formed on a first end thereof. The first protrusion protrudes toward the door from a part which closes the hollow wall and makes elastic contact with a panel of the door.

摘要： A glass run for use in a motor vehicle, of which corner sections are readily manufactured with excellent sealing properties. A main body of each of straight sections and corner sections of the glass run has an outer side wall, an inner side wall and a bottom wall, which define a generally U-shaped cross-section, and an outer seal lip and an inner seal lip are respectively provided in the outer side wall and the inner side wall. The straight sections and the corner sections are joined to each other via joints, and the inner side wall is formed greater than the outer side wall. A sub-seal rib is provided to protrude outwardly from an exterior surface of the outer side wall of each of the corner sections so as to face a position in which an end of the outer seal lip contacts the outer side wall when the door glass contacts the outer seal lip.

Such a weather strip is manufactured by extruding the first and second molding materials.
