    • A mobile-based voiceless drive-through ordering system and method in a downloadable mobile application, used in conjunction with a wireless network of a restaurant, Bluetooth wireless personal area network at the drive-through of a restaurant, and a back-end data server at the restaurant. The user opens the downloaded mobile-based application and, when in range of the restaurant's WiFi, makes an order from the restaurant menu, which is displayed on the mobile device. As the user approaches the drive-through kiosk of the restaurant, the mobile device detects the signal from the Bluetooth transmitter in the drive-through kiosk and allows the user to submit the order through the mobile-based application. The order is transmitted through the restaurant's wireless network to the restaurant's back-end server and is immediately available for kitchen and cashier processing. Further embodiments allow for ordering from a remote location and producing a QR code representing the order number.

    • The disclosure describes a method for performing a fixed point calculation of a floating point operation (A // B) in a coding device, wherein A // B represents integer division of A divided by B rounded to a nearest integer. The method may comprise selecting an entry from a lookup table (LUT) having entries generated as an inverse function of an index B, wherein B defines a range of values that includes every DC scalar value and every quantization parameter associated with a coding standard, and calculating A // B for coding according to the coding standard based on values A, B1 and B2, wherein B1 and B2 comprise high and low portions of the selected entry of the LUT. The techniques may simplify digital signal processor (DSP) implementations of video coders, and are specifically useful for MPEG-4 coders and possibly others.

    • A diaphragm includes a central portion and an edge portion surrounding the central portion and smoothly connecting with the central portion. The edge portion has a main curved portion which is convex forward in the vibrating direction and a first side curved portion continued to an inner periphery of the main curved portion and connected with the central portion. The first side curved portion is convex backward in the vibrating direction. The rigidity of the diaphragm can be increased, without sacrificing the acoustic characteristics and reducing the size of the diaphragm.
