摘要： A print head assembly and a printer using the same are disclosed. The print head assembly includes: a bracket, a print head and an elastic element. The bracket includes a first bracket body having a cavity and a lid covered on the opening of the cavity. A window is opened on the first bracket body. The print head is accommodated in the cavity of the first bracket body and hinged to the first bracket body via a first rotary shaft. The surface of a heating element of the print head is matched with the window and faces an outside paper pressing roller. The elastic element biases towards the print head so as to make the surface of the heating element of the print head have a tendency to extend outside the window. The print head assembly is capable of being detached as a whole, thus the requirements of performing single-sided printing and duplex printing in the same printer is achieved.

摘要： A sheet medium processing device comprises a housing, a feeding mechanism (1) mounted on the housing, a stacking mechanism (2) and a switching mechanism (3). The stacking mechanism (2), which is located downstream of the feeding mechanism (1), comprises an upper channel (20), a lower channel (21) and a channel driving mechanism (22). The lower channel is fixedly connected with the housing, and the upper channel is hinged with the housing with one end thereof separatable from or contactable with the lower channel. The channel driving mechanism is used to drive the upper and lower channels to move synchronously to transport sheet mediums. The switching mechanism (3) comprises a first cam (30) and a cam driving mechanism (31), wherein the cam is joined with the upper channel to drive the upper channel to rotate. Different transporting directions are formed by adjusting the position relationship between the upper channel and the lower channel of the stacking mechanism using the switching mechanism and thus sheet mediums are transported to different destinations according to specific requirements.

The above movable frames can rotate about the main frame to be opened, avoiding the inconvenience of replacing the ink ribbon and cleaning the printer head in the prior art.

摘要： The present invention discloses a printer convenient for maintaining a paper cutting device (500). The printer comprises a paper cutting device and a movable blade avoiding mechanism. The paper cutting device has a movable blade component (510) fixed on the upper cover (100) of the printer and a fixed blade (520) fixed on the body (200) of the printer, the movable blade avoiding mechanism has an avoiding cover (210) capable of turning upward and pivoted to the body of the printer, and a positioning member (240) and an elastic pressing member (230) which keep the avoiding cover in a predetermined position on the top of the fixed blade. The avoiding cover and the upper cover of the printer are respectively arranged at two sides of a printing paper conveying passage, with opposite turning directions, and the movable blade (511) of the movable blade component is located between the avoiding cover and the fixed blade. When paper is jammed during the use of the printer, the avoiding cover of the movable blade avoiding mechanism is turned by the action of the movable blade or turns automatically, so that a problem can be avoided that the upper cover of the printer cannot be opened until the movable blade is reset to the initial position by hands. Furthermore, the structure of the movable blade avoiding mechanism is simple, and thus the overall cost of the printer is reduced.

摘要： An apparatus for processing a recording medium with embedded information comprises: a passage mechanism including a first passage, a loop passage and recording medium conveying rollers, wherein a first opening and a second opening of the loop passage are connected to the tail end of the first passage; a first guide mechanism configured to selectively communicate the first passage with the first opening or the second opening of the loop passage; and a processing device including a magnetic head and a print head which are arranged in the first passage, wherein the magnetic head is arranged at a side of a recording medium inlet/outlet port which is adjacent to a leading end of the first passage. A method for processing the recording medium with embedded information is also disclosed. According to the apparatus and method for processing the recording medium mentioned above, the recording medium can be turned over automatically during moving through the loop passage, so that the printing on both sides of the recording medium can be realized by one single print head, and thus a comprehensive process on the recording medium with embedded information is realized, and the cost of the apparatus is reduced.
