摘要： A lubricating oil for flon compressor includes, as a main ingredient, a compound represented by a formula (I):R.sub.1 --[--O--(R.sub.2 O).sub.y --(CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O).sub.z --H].sub.x (I)in which R.sub.1 denotes a hydrocarbon residue derived from a C.sub.1-8 alcohol having a valence of 1 to 4, R.sub.2 denotes a C.sub.3-4 branched alkylene group, x denotes an integer of 1-4, and y and z each independently denote a positive number, R.sub.2 O units and CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O units are block copolymerized in an order shown in the formula (I), z/(y+z) is more than 0 but not more than 0.3. The lubricating oil has a kinetic viscosity of 2-30 cSt at 100.degree. C. A mixture of the oil having the formula (I) with a lubricating oil having a formula (II): R.sub.3 --[--O--(R.sub.4 O).sub.m --(CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O).sub.n --R.sub.5 ].sub.l may be also used. In the formula (II), R.sub.3 denotes a hydrocarbon residue derived from a CI-s alcohol having one to four hydroxyl groups, R.sub.4 denotes a C.sub.3-4 branched alkylene group, R.sub.5 denotes a C.sub.1-8 alkyl group, l denotes an integer of 1-4, m and n independently denote a positive number, R.sub.4 O units and CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O are block copolymerized, and n/(m+n) is more than 0 but not more than 0.5. A lubricating oil/refrigerant composition contains a minor part of such a lubricating oil and a major part of one or more kinds of flons and is highly useful in a process for lubricating a flon compressor.

The lubricating additive is added to a lube base oil to form a lubricating oil which imparts excellent wear resistance, scarcely corrodes metallic substances, scarcely swells rubbers or resins and scarcely forms sludge due to thermal oxidation. 摘要： The present invention provides a lubricant for a compression type refrigeration system using ammonia as a refrigerant, which comprises polyether compounds and aromatic amine compounds or phenothiazine compounds, and preferably further comprises alcohol compounds such as polyhydric alcohol partial ether and/or benzotriazole compounds. Further, the present invention provides a working fluid composition comprising the lubricant and an ammonia refrigerant, and a refrigeration system which is filled with the working fluid composition. The lubricant has not only good compatibility with ammonia, but excellent stability and lubricating property, and therefore can suitably used in a compression type refrigeration system using an ammonia refrigerant that does not have the possibility of ozone layer depletion and global warming phenomenon.

摘要： A lubricant composition is disclosed which can largely reduce abrasion, can exhibit a low friction coefficient steadily, and has a high corrosion resistance in the lubrication of an iron-based sliding member. The lubricant composition includes a lubricant base oil, a 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid ester in an amount of 0.01 to 10 mass % relative to the total amount of the lubricant composition, and a detergent dispersant in an amount of 0.1 to 20 mass % relative to the total amount of the lubricant composition.
