    • A diplexer that can demultiplex and multiplex two signals having wide frequency bands, and a wireless communication module and a wireless communication apparatus using the same, are provided. A diplexer has a multilayer body including a first interlayer, a second interlayer and a third interlayer. On the first interlayer, first resonant electrodes are disposed in an interdigital form. On the second interlayer, a plurality of second resonant electrodes are disposed in an interdigital form. On the third interlayer, there are disposed an input coupling electrode that faces the input-stage first resonant electrode and the input-stage second resonant electrode in an interdigital form, a first output coupling electrode that faces the output-stage first resonant electrode in an interdigital form, and a second output coupling electrode that faces the output-stage second resonant electrode.

    • Provided is a composite resonator wherein two resonance frequencies can be set discretionarily to a certain extent. The composite resonator is provided with a grounding electrode (21) arranged on a lower surface of a laminated body wherein a plurality of dielectric layers (11) are laminated, and a composite resonant electrode (26) arranged on an upper surface or inside of the laminated body. The composite resonant electrode (26) is composed of a base section (27) and a plurality of strip-like protruding sections (28a, 28b). One end of the base section (27) is grounded. One end of each of the protruding sections (28a, 28b) is connected to the other end of the base section (27), and the protruding sections are arranged in parallel. A body wherein the base section (27) and the protruding sections (28a, 28b) are combined functions, as a whole, as a resonator which resonates at a first frequency, and the protruding sections (28a, 28b) function as a resonator which resonates at a second frequency higher than the first frequency.

    • An occupant restraining device that can maintain the internal pressure of a bag at a high level is provided. In one form, a bag has its left and right ends both provided with stationary sections that are fixed to a seat pan. The stationary sections have therebetween a gas chamber that is inflated as a result of gas entering from an inflator. The bag is made into the form of a pouch by stacking an upper panel and a lower panel one on top of the other, which are to respectively define an upper half and a lower half of an outer periphery surface of the bag in an inflated state, and then bonding and sewing these panels together along the edges thereof. Specifically, the bonding of these panels together along the edges thereof involves the use of elastic adhesive having a stretchability of 200% or more, for example, between 200% and 400%.

    • In an occupant restraining device having a bag whose opposite ends are fixed to a seat pan, an inflated state of a gas chamber of the bag is specified. Both ends of a bag 12 in a left-right direction thereof are provided with stationary sections 12a and 12a that are fixed to a seat pan 8. The stationary sections 12a and 12a have therebetween a gas chamber 15 that is inflated as a result of gas entering from an inflator 13. Regarding the bag 12, a value of L2/L1, which is the ratio between a maximum width L2 of the gas chamber 15 in the left-right direction and a distance L1 between bolt through-holes 12b and 12b in the respective stationary sections 12a and 12a, is within a range of 0.6 to 0.9. Moreover, a value of L3/L2, which is the ratio between a maximum width L3 of the gas chamber 15 in a front-back direction and L2, is within a range of 0.4 to 0.85. Furthermore, a value of L1/ L3, which is the ratio between L1 and L3, is less than or equal to 2.1.
