摘要： The present invention provides a surface treated steel sheet including a steel sheet; a plating layer containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of zinc and aluminum on a surface of the steel sheet; and a film on the plating layer, the film containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Al, Mg, and Zn, a tetravalent vanadium compound, and a phosphoric acid group. This surface treated steel sheet exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and excellent surface appearance without containing hazardous substances, such as hexavalent chromium, in the film.

摘要： The method for manufacturing coated steel sheet has the steps of: immersing a steel sheet in a hot-dip coating bath to form an Al—Zn base coating layer containing 20 to 95 mass % Al on the steel sheet, forming a passivated layer on the coating layer; and applying thermal history to the coating layer. The thermal history is applied immediately after the steel sheet left the hot-dip coating bath or in a temperature range of from T(° C.) between 130° C. and 300° C. to 100° C.

摘要： The invention is to provide a surface-treated steel sheet of good white rust resistance with no chromium in its surface treatment film, and it has realized a surface-treated steel sheet of higher-level corrosion resistance by forming a reaction layer of plating metal with a barrier layer effective for anticorrosion not in a two-layered film but in a single-layered film. The surface-treated steel sheet is fabricated by applying a surface-treating composition that contains: (a) a water-dispersible resin and/or a water-soluble resin obtained through reaction of an epoxy group-containing resin (A) with an active hydrogen-containing compound (B) a part or all of which is an active hydrogen-containing hydrazine derivative and preferably with a hydrophilic organic component (C), (b) a silane coupling agent, (c) a phosphoric acid and/or a hexafluoro-metal acid, and (d) preferably an aqueous dispersion of an urethane resin, to a zinc-plated or aluminium-plated steel sheet followed by drying it to form thereon a surface treatment film having a thickness of from 0.02 to 5 μm. Regarding its film structure, the surface treatment film comprises an amorphous compound layer containing P, Zn and/or Al, and O, and an overlying organic resin matrix layer where the matrix is a hydrazine derivative-modified epoxy group-containing resin or the epoxy group-containing resin and an urethane resin.

摘要： A zinciferous plated steel sheet excellent in press-formability and corrosion resistance, which comprises: a steel sheet, a zinciferous plating layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, a chromate film formed on the zinciferous plating layer, and a resin film formed on the chromate film. The resin film comprises a solvent-base thermosetting resin, a solid internal lubricant and a rust-preventive pigment. The solvent-base thermosetting resin comprises: (A) urethane prepolymer containing a hydroxyl group, and (B) at least one of a block polyisocyanate compound and an amino resin as a curing agent. The urethane prepolymer containing a hydroxyl group comprises: (a) at least one of polyether polyol, polyester polyol and polyether-polyester polyol, (b) an isocyanate compound, and (c) dihydric alcohol. The solid internal lubricant comprises a polyethylene resin, and the content ratio thereof is within a range of from 1 to 30 weight parts relative to 100 weight parts of a solid component in the solvent-base thermosetting resin. The rust-preventive pigment comprises at least one of a chromate compound or silica, and the content ratio thereof is within a range of from 3 to 30 weight parts relative to 100 weight parts of the solid component in the solvent-base thermosetting resin.

摘要： The invention relates to a thermosetting coating composition for precoated steel sheets which are required to have high hardness, good workability and stain resistance, to a precoated steel sheet having a film of the coating composition, and to a method for producing such precoated steel sheets. The coating composition for precoated steel sheets of the invention consists essentially of a polyol and contains a specific compound and a curing agent composed of polyisocyanate compounds added thereto, in which the curing agent is a mixture composed of a blocked polyisocyanate compound as obtained by blocking one or more polyisocyanate compounds selected from polyisocyanates of the following group (a) and their derivatives, and a blocked polyisocyanate compound as obtained by blocking one or more polyisocyanate compounds selected from polyisocyanates of the following group (b) and their derivatives:(a) 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate, naphthalene-1,5-diisocyanate;(b) hexamethylene diisocyanate, trimethylhexamethylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, hydrogenated tolylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated xylylene diisocyanate.The coating composition forms a coating film having good workability, high hardness and good stain resistance.
