Main components, such as a switching mode power supply and a main board, are disposed in a base unit, and a drive board mounted to a display module is connected to the switching mode power supply and the main board such that power is supplied to the display module and the main board transmits and receives a control signal. The base unit serves as a stand to support the display body below the display body. Also, the base unit is fixed to the rear of the display body to mount the display apparatus to a wall. A connection unit to connect the display body and the base unit is provided to change the position of the base unit. The connection unit is hingedly rotatable with respect to the display body and the base unit.

    • A method and apparatus for determining phase sensitivity of an accelerometer based on an analysis of the harmonic components of the interference signal, which can estimate phase lags of an accelerometer through an analysis of the interference signal obtained using a single photo-detector when the accelerometer moves in sinusoidal motion with an initial phase of vibration. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an interference signal in a time domain generated from a signal reflected by an accelerometer and a fixed mirror using a single photo-detector; transforming the interference signal in the time domain into a signal in a frequency domain including a plurality of harmonic signals by Fourier transform; and determining the phase sensitivity of the accelerometer using initial phase of vibration displacement of the accelerometer, which is included in the interference signal in the frequency domain.

    • A backlight unit and an LCD having the same. The backlight unit can include a light guide plate, a printed circuit board, a bottom cover and a fixing member. The printed circuit board can have at least one light emitting diode to emit light toward an incident surface formed at one side of the light guide plate. The bottom cover can receive the light guide plate and the printed circuit board therein. The fixing member can be formed with a recess section, into which the printed circuit board can be press-fitted, such that the printed circuit board is fixed to the fixing member. The assembling efficiency and reliability of the backlight unit can be improved.

According to the present invention, waved surfaces with a variety of directions and curvatures can be formed using several oscillation elements and several delay circuits disposed on a plane, and a focus can be formed at any desired place. Accordingly, there are advantages in that installation is convenient, and a tissue, such as tumor, which is a target tissue, can be necrotized without damage to normal tissues necrosis. Further, there is no damage to normal tissues other than a target tissue. Accordingly, there are advantages in that a recovery speed of a patient can quicken, a symptom after recovery can be mitigated, and so on.

    • A backlight unit and a liquid crystal display having the same. The backlight unit includes a lower cover, an interconnection coupling hole, an inverter board, and an interconnection. The lower cover accommodates a printed circuit board, which mounts at least one light emitting diode thereon and is provided at one side thereof with a first connector. The interconnection coupling hole is formed in a bottom surface of the lower cover at a position corresponding to the first connector. The inverter board is disposed on a rear surface of the lower cover to apply a driving voltage to the at least one light emitting diode. The interconnection is provided at one end thereof with a second connector to electrically connect the printed circuit board to the inverter board. A coupling part of the first connector coupled to the second connector is directed to the interconnection coupling hole, so the assembling time of the backlight unit and the liquid crystal display is reduced, thereby improving the productivity of the backlight unit and the liquid crystal display.
