摘要： An LCD and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The LCD includes first and second substrates defined by a display region and a non-display region, and spaced a predetermined interval apart from each other. The LCD further comprises a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first and second substrates, a conductive part formed on at least one side of the first substrate corresponding to the non-display region. The conductive part has a first dummy pattern formed of metal identical to that of a gate line in the display region. The LCD then comprises a common electrode formed on the second substrate, and a conductive thread pattern that electrically connects the common electrode and the conductive part, and attaches the first and second substrates.

摘要： The data transmission rate on the reverse link in a mobile communications system is controlled by determining an interference level at a base station due to signals from all mobile stations served by the base station, and determining a transmission energy level required for each mobile station. The interference level is compared with the transmission energy level to obtain a comparison result for each mobile station, and each mobile adjusts its data transmission rate based upon the comparison result, which is sent via a common channel on a forward link to each mobile station in a dedicated manner. Thereafter, packet data is transmitted on the reverse link in accordance with the adjusting so that data throughput can be maximized.

The converter is installed in a user personal computer (PC) for controlling conversion of contents, such as documents (DOC), notes, images and addresses to be used in the browser for PDAs, and controlling HotSync linking.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a nonvolatile memory cell. The present invention uses tungsten (W) as an upper layer of a control gate electrode in order to integrate the memory cell and performs an ion implantation process for forming a source region and a drain region before a selective oxidization process that is performed to prevent abnormal oxidization of tungsten (W). Therefore, the present invention can reduce a RC delay time of word lines depending on integration of the memory cell and also secure a given distance between a silicon substrate and a tunnel oxide film. As a result, the present invention can solve a data retention problem of the flash memory.

摘要： The present invention relates to Walsh Code Allocation (WCA) field in the Packet Data Control Channel. One of the embodiments of the WCA field is use of the WCA field as Last Walsh Code Index (LWCI) field in the message format of the PDCCH. The LWCI field indicates the corresponding last code index or the corresponding number of Walsh codes in a Walsh Code Index (WCI) Table/List/Set. In alternative embodiments, the WCA indicates a general set of Walsh codes or a specific set of Walsh codes in the WCI table. The WCA fields may or may not be used with one of power ranking and sequential decoding, but is preferable used. The WCA field has various advantages including but not limited to efficient use of system resources.

摘要： Provided is an electrochemical device comprising two types of separators having different energy to break, wherein the outermost electrode layer of the electrode assembly includes an active material non-coated cathode, an active material non-coated anode, and a separator (second separator) disposed between the cathode and anode and having relatively low energy to break compared to that of separators (first separator) in other electrode layers. Therefore, it is possible to remarkably improve safety of the battery by inducing primary short-circuiting in the outermost electrode layer of a battery, thus facilitating heat dissipation of the battery, upon application of external impact.
