摘要： A polarizing film comprising a substrate, and a photo alignment film and a light absorption anisotropic film laminated on the substrate in this order, wherein the light absorption anisotropic film has a content ratio of 30% by mass or less of a liquid crystalline non-colorable low molecular weight compound and is obtained by fixing the alignment of a dichroic dye composition comprising at least one nematic liquid crystalline azo dichroic dye; in X-ray diffraction measurement thereof, diffraction peaks derived from periodic structure along a vertical direction to the alignment axis are present, the period indicated by at least one of the diffraction peaks is 3.0 to 15.0A and an intensity of the diffraction peak does not show a maximum value in the range of ±70° of the film normal line direction in a plane vertical to the alignment axis.

摘要： This disclosure relates to a reverse osmosis apparatus comprising a reciprocating pump or pumps including a first cylinder chamber and a second cylinder chamber which is smaller in volume than the first chamber due to a piston rod extending through the second cylinder chamber, a feed conduit connected to the first cylinder chamber for feeding fluid thereto through a first one-way flow piping for fluid flow thereto, a reverse osmosis membrane module including an inlet and an outlet which collects permeate fluid, a second one-way flow piping connecting the first cylinder chamber with the reverse osmosis membrane module inlet for fluid flow to the inlet, a selector connecting the second cylinder chamber with the reverse osmosis membrane module outlet, and a drain conduit connected to the selector for draining concentrated fluid from the second cylinder chamber. The selector has a first position allowing the reverse osmosis membrane module outlet and the second cylinder chamber to communicate together and isolating the drain conduit. The selector also has a second position blocking the outlet allowing the second cylinder chamber and the drain conduit to communicate together. The selector is connected in pressure communication with the cylinder chambers to shift to the first position when the pressure in the first cylinder chamber increases, and to the second position when the pressure in the second cylinder chamber increases.

According to such a tablet compression machine, a multilayer tablet in a shape having a multilayer structure and not limited to columnar can be manufactured.

The automatic sweeping device has the following functions: a control mechanism drives a transfer mechanism for moving a holder containing subjects according to the instructions from a control console to perform automatic sweeping by stepped or continuous movement of the holder, and at the base time a printer, memory and display are so controlled that they respectively print, store and display position and other various data. Manual operation is also possible immediately after suspension of automatic operation. Positions of subjects detected by a position detector are stored in the memory. Whenever automatic operation is restarted, the holder returns to the position where the suspension occurred, to resume sweeping operation and moves directly to a particular memorized position when a memory number is keyed in from the control console, and to a position at particular coordinates when coordinates of a position other than the memorized position are inputted from the control console.

An electrode for a fixing potential of a semiconductor chip is connected to these supporting leads by a bonding wire.
