摘要： The present invention provides a sulfone group-containing compound, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device using the sulfone group-containing compound, and a method of fabricating the OLED device. The sulfone group-containing compound has formula as wherein the bridging unit R is capable of connecting to three or more than three fluorene sulfur oxide units; and the unit R1, R2 and R3 respectively connected to the fluorene sulfur oxide units are selected from alkyl chains, aromatic groups or heterocyclic groups. According to the present invention, the sulfone group-containing compound connects to three or more than three fluorene sulfur oxide units with a bridging unit to form a novel star-shaped molecular structure. The sulfone groups-containing compound combines electron affinity and transport properties of the fluorene sulfur oxide units and spatial characteristics of the star-shaped molecular structure, so that efficiency and lifetime of an OLED device using the same can be enhanced.

摘要： Provided are a device and a method for preprocessing metallic magnesium. The device includes a chamber, a heating device mounted in the chamber, a gas inlet port mounted on the chamber, and a gas evacuation port mounted on the chamber. The gas inlet port is connected to external inert gas supply equipment for supplying an inert gas into the chamber. The gas evacuation port is connected to an external vacuum evacuation device to evacuate the chamber to vacuum. The heating device functions to heat metallic magnesium having an oxidized surface so as to sublimate a layer of magnesium oxide formed on the surface of the metallic magnesium in a vacuum environment to thereby obtain pure metallic magnesium.

摘要： The present invention provides a device and a method for preprocessing metallic magnesium. The device includes a chamber (20), a heating device (22) mounted in the chamber (20), a gas inlet port (24) mounted on the chamber (20), and a gas evacuation port (26) mounted on the chamber (20). The gas inlet port (24) is connected to and in communication with an external inert gas supply equipment for supplying an inert gas into the chamber (20). The gas evacuation port (26) is connected to and in communication with an external vacuum evacuation device to evacuate the chamber (20) to vacuum. The heating device (22) functions to heat metallic magnesium having an oxidized surface so as to sublimate a layer of magnesium oxide formed on the surface of the metallic magnesium in a vacuum environment to thereby obtain pure metallic magnesium. The present invention can remove magnesium oxide from surfaces of particles of metallic magnesium, reduce the content of magnesium oxide, allowing it possible to handle an extremely minor amount of magnesium oxide in a coating chamber so as to prevent the coating chamber from being contaminated by a large amount of magnesium oxide and thus greatly reduce the chance of defect products resulting from magnesium oxide.
