    • Provided is a wind turbine rotor blade that can secure a sufficient strength in a coupling portion without significant increase in weight even though a blade is increased in size because beams, which are main strength members of the separated blades, are coupled to each other by metallic coupling members. A wind turbine rotor blade including: a skin that forms a long hollow shape; and a beam that is vertically passed in a longitudinal direction to reinforce the skin from inside, wherein the beam is separated into at least two portions in the longitudinal direction, and ends of the adjacent beams are coupled to each other through a metallic coupling member having: a first flange portion opposed to the one end; a second flange portion opposed to the other end; and a connecting portion that connects these first flange portion and second flange portion, and the skin is separated into a coupling portion skin arranged at a position corresponding to the coupling member, and a main body skin arranged at a position corresponding to the beam.

A wind-turbine blade includes a skin that forms a long and hollow shape, and a main spar that extends in the longitudinal direction and reinforces the skin from the inside thereof. The main spar is divided into a blade-root-side main spar and a blade-tip-side main spar in the longitudinal direction; the blade-root-side main spar and the blade-tip-side main spar have connection sections that are connected to each other; the skin is divided into a connection-section skin, located at a position corresponding to the connection sections, a blade-root-side skin, and a blade-tip-side skin; and openings formed in the blade-root-side skin and the blade-tip-side skin are blocked off by blanking plates.

    • A variable gain voltage/current converter circuit of the present invention has an input section active element having an input terminal, an output terminal, and a ground terminal for performing a voltage/current conversion, a potential control circuit for controlling a conversion gain of the input section active element based on a potential at the output terminal of the input section active element, an output section voltage/current converter circuit for generating a current corresponding to a voltage signal generated from the potential control circuit, and a current compensation circuit connected to the output terminal of the input section active element for generating a DC current in accordance with the amount of DC current which flows from the output terminal of the input section active element to the input section active element. The current compensation circuit compensates for a change in a DC current of the input section active element, which occurs when the conversion gain is adjusted. This minimizes fluctuations in operating points of other circuit elements.
