摘要： According to the present invention, a resin is added to crude copper phthalocyanine comprising an .alpha.-form and a .beta.-form crystals in combination and dry-milling is performed in a deoxygenated atmosphere, to provide copper phthalocyanine pigment composition of superior quality which reduces considerable expenditure of time and labor associated with the pigmentation process of crude copper phthalocyanine and the printing ink production process of a pigment, and printing ink comprising .beta.-form copper phthalocyanine pigment superior quality.

摘要： The present invention is a method for preparing a .beta.-form copper phthalocyanine pigment comprising the steps of; dry milling crude copper phthalocyanine at a temperature between 110.degree. and 200.degree. C., and transforming an .alpha.-form crystal to a .beta.-form crystal by treating the resulting .alpha.-.beta. mixture of copper phthalocyanine in an organic solvent or a liquid mixture of water and an organic solvent. The preparation method of the present invention offers a .beta.-form copper phthalocyanine pigment at lower cost having equivalent or superior quality in color strength, clearness, fluidity and hue compared to the pigment produced by the conventional salt milling method.

摘要： High quality .beta.-form copper phthalocyanine pigment printing ink is produced by the present method, this method reducing the large amount of time and labor required in the process of pigmentation of crude copper phthalocyanine and production of the pigment printing ink.To this end, the production method of printing ink according to the present invention is characterized by adding to crude copper phthalocyanine, 20-80 weight % of printing ink resin based on the amount of the crude copper phthalocyanine, dry-milling the mixture at 80-170.degree. C., and heating the ground material in printing ink solvent. The printing ink obtained contains copper phthalocyanine particles of .beta.-form crystals with an aspect ratio of 1-2.

摘要： A process for the production of a monoazo lake coated with a water-insoluble metal salt of rosin, which comprises the steps of:(a) adjusting a mixed solution containing a monoazo dye having a water-soluble group and an alkali metal or ammonium salt of rosin to pH of 8 to 12, and adding an stoichiometeric amount of a metal salt of at least one metal for insolubilizing rosin selected from the group consisting of zinc, aluminum, copper and manganese to form a water-insoluble rosin metal salt, and(b) adjusting the resultant mixture containing the water-insoluble rosin metal salt to pH of 9 to 12 and adding a metal salt of at least one metal for forming a lake of a monoazo dye selected from the group consisting of calcium, barium and strontium to form a monoazo lake.
