摘要： Disclosed herein is a method of producing a phosphor screen of color picture tube wherein a light absorbing material is applied onto the inner surface of a panel, a shadow mask is provided, the surface of film of the light absorbing material is scanned and irradiated with a laser beam via the shadow mask so that portions of the light absorbing material irradiated with the laser beam are heated and burned, thereby to form a black matrix. According to this method, the number of steps for forming the black matrix is decreased, and the quality and yield of the phosphor screen are increased.

摘要： In forming a fluorescent screen of a black matrix type color picture tube, a light absorptive film is first formed on the inner surface of a face plate of the color picture tube. Formed on the light absorptive film is a light-hardenable photosensitive resin film which in turn is exposed to light through a shadow mask at portions corresponding to phosphor applying portions. The unexposed portion of the light-hardenable photosensitive film is then developed. Finally, the exposed portion of the light-hardenable photosensitive film and portion of the light absorptive film therebeneath are removed to partly perforate the light absorptive film so that in the light absorptive film, openings are formed into which the phosphor is applied.

摘要： A black matrix color picture tube has a phosphor layer and black matrix layer formed on the inner surface of the faceplate. A layer of glass having a low softening point is provided between the phosphor layer and the inner surface of the faceplate and between the black matrix layer and the inner surface of the faceplate. The softening point of the glass is below the temperature at which the tube is subjected during a frit baking step employed in the fabrication of the tube. For example, a borophosphate glass is used as the layer of glass having a low softening point.

The light reflected from the interface of the glass panel and the light-absorbing layer is effectively attenuated by the light-transmitting layer, so that it is possible to obtain an excellent image having a considerably strong contrast.

摘要： A diagnostic and control system first checks the current operation status of the vehicle engine, when a malfunction or abnormal condition is detected by diagnostic sensors. A selection of optimum corrective measures is then made and carried out taking into account the safety of the vehicle, based on current operational status of the engine. For this purpose, a set of prioritized corrective measures is determined beforehand for each of the individual monitored items, according to detected changes in the engine operating status. The individual control measures are selected considering the safety of the vehicle, possible measures to correct the malfunction, assuring vehicle operability, and maintaining appropriate engine operating parameters such as exhaust gas mixture, fuel consumption and the like.
