    • A terminal attachment structure allows a terminal to be firmly and closely fixed to a terminal attachment plate in a stable state even under external vibrations or impact, and a joint surface can be flatly finished without a difference in level between the terminal and the terminal attachment plate. The terminal attachment structure has the terminal attachment plate including a polygonal groove portion and a through hole formed in a center of the groove portion, and the terminal including a flange that has the same polygonal shape as that of the groove portion, a leg part that extends from a lower surface of the flange and inserts into the through hole, and a terminal main body that extends from an upper surface of the flange. After the flange is fitted into the groove portion, the leg portion is flattened to fix the terminal to the terminal attachment plate.

    • A double sleeve type dynamic bearing comprises a fixed shaft having at least one end fixedly mountable to an apparatus in which the bearing is utilized, a rotary sleeve arranged coaxially with the fixed shaft so that a first fine gap is formed therebetween, a fixed sleeve arranged coaxially with the rotary sleeve so that a second fine gap is formed therebetween, and a lubrication oil filled in the fine gaps. The first fine gap and the second fine gap each have an open end exposed to air outside the bearing and an opposite end that is not exposed to the air, the opposite ends being in communication with each other. A holding member holds the fixed shaft and the fixed sleeve and is disposed adjacent to a lower end surface of the rotary sleeve to form a third fine gap between the holding member and the lower end surface of the rotary sleeve. The third fine gap is formed with a thrust dynamic pressure producing groove, and opposite ends of the first and second fine gaps meet each other through the third fine gap. A peripheral surface of at least one of the fixed shaft, the rotary sleeve and the fixed sleeve forming at least one of the first and second fine gaps has a dynamic pressure producing groove formed therein.

    • There is described a key telephone system which enables rewriting of the main program of the key telephone system, recovery of the key telephone system from a failure, and maintenance of the key telephone system such as diagnosis in an immediate, flexible, and inexpensive manner, a maintenance method for the key telephone system, and a medium on which is recorded a program for carrying out the maintenance method. A program to be rewritten is downloaded from an external device to a second storage means. After an existing program of a storage means has been saved into the second storage means, the downloaded program stored in the second storage means is transmitted and rewritten into the storage means. Failure information recording means records information regarding at least failures that occur at the time of downloading the program, failures that occur at the time of saving the existing program, and failures that occur at the time of rewriting the downloaded program. In the event of a failure, the key telephone system recovers from a failure by reference to the failure information recorded by the failure information recording means.
