摘要： First to third openings are formed stepwise in a rotor side wall portion of a flow control valve disposed in a hot water circuit. Third positions (a) and (b) are established between a first position in which a first communication passage for communication between inlet and outlet pipes of the flow control valve is fully closed and a second position in which the first communication passage is fully opened. A duty control is performed so that the rotor reciprocates repeatedly among the above four positions. In this way, in the flow control valve for controlling the amount of the fluid flowing in the fluid passage, the valve colliding noise, the water hammer noise, and the temperature variation in the heating heat exchanger can be reduced.

摘要： A mounting structure for a heat accumulation tank is provided with an elastic member that wraps around a tank main body, and a heat accumulation tank mounting member which wraps around the outer peripheral surface of the elastic member and holds the tank main body by being tightened in the circumferential direction, and which attaches to a receiving member. The elastic member is a molded part. The length of the elastic member is shorter than length of the circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the tank main body. The heat accumulation tank mounting member includes a shift inhibiting portion which inhibits an upward shift of the tank main body. The outside diameter of the tank main body becomes increasingly wider in the upward direction.

摘要： A multi-layer type heat exchanger is formed by a row of parallel flat tubes each having tank portions spaced widthwise of the flat tube and disposed adjacent to one end thereof. Each tube defines therein a passage for a heat transfer fluid extending from one tank portion towards the other end of the tube and is then turned to the other tank portion. The flat tubes are stacked such that the tank portions are connected together in fluid-flow communication with each other. The portions of each adjacent pair of tubes excepting the tank portions are spaced apart to accommodate a corrugated fin. Each tube is formed by two press-worked core plates soldered together to form the passage in the tube. Two adjacent core plates of each adjacent pair of tubes have bent end portions extending to and engaged with each other or integrally connected together to support the other ends of the adjacent tubes in spaced relationship to accommodate the fin therebetween.

摘要： An outer surface of a cold-storage container (or a refrigerant tube) is provided with a plurality of protrusion portions or recess portions. A cooling air passage, in which air flows to cool a space to be cooled in a cold storage time and in a cold release time of the cold storage material, is provided to contact a surface of the refrigerant tube on a side opposite to the cold storage container bonded to the refrigerant tube. The refrigerant tubes and the cold storage container form therebetween a cold-storage side air passage by the protrusion portions or the recess portions, such that air flows in the cold-storage side air passage separated from the cooling air passage. For example, the cold-storage side air passage is provided with a slanting space that causes condensed water or ice generated in the cold storage time to be drained along the cold-storage side air passage.

摘要： Disclosed is a ladder silicone oligomer composition which comprises [A] 100 weight parts of a ladder silicone oligomer containing 1 to 10 weight % of hydroxyl groups and 1 to 10 weight % of ethoxy groups, [B] 1 to 200 weight parts of at least one silicon-containing compound selected from (a) silicone oligomers and polymers having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 100,000, which are obtained by reacting a compound of the following formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is lower alkyl or phenyl, and R.sub.2 is lower alkyl, with a compound of the following formula (II): ##STR2## wherein R.sub.3 is lower alkyl, or phenyl, and R.sub.4 is lower alkyl, the molar ratio of the compound (I) to the compound (II) being from 1/0.3 to 1/9, and (b) ethyl silicates having a silica content of 28.8 to 45 weight % and hydrolysis products thereof, and [C] an organic solvent. The ladder silicone oligomer composition is useful as a coating material and an adhesive.

An evaporator has a plurality of refrigerant tubes arranged at almost equal intervals to form therebetween accommodating spaces. A plurality of cooling-storage containers are arranged in some of the accommodating spaces and fins are arranged in the remaining accommodating spaces. A cooling-storage unit is formed by one cooling-storage container and two refrigerant tubes arranged at both sides of the cooling-storage container. Each of the cooling-storage container has projections extending from one wall portion to the other wall portion to form heat exchange portions. The cooling-storage container is connected to the refrigerant tubes by soldering material.

摘要： A main cooling circuit is formed by an engine, a radiator and a first pump. A hot water circuit is formed by the engine, a heater core and the first pump. A heat storing water circuit is connected between a bifurcating point of the hot water circuit and the engine, wherein a second pump and a heat storage tank are provided in the heat storing water circuit. Engine cooling water stored in the heat storage tank is circulated by the second pump, so that the hot water is supplied to the engine before the engine operation is started. The engine cooling water is also circulated by the second pump during the engine operation, so that hot water is stored in the heat storage tank.
