摘要： This invention discloses a fiber treatment agent characterized in that it comprises:(A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane with no less than 2 hydroxyl groups and/or alkoxyl groups bonded to Si atoms per molecule,(B) 0.5-50 parts by weight of silica and/or a polysilsesquioxane,(C) 0.1-20 parts by weight of an organoalkoxysilane containing amide groups and carboxyl groups, and/or its partial hydrolysis condensate,(D) 0.1-20 parts by weight of an organoalkoxysilane containing amino groups or epoxy groups and/or its partial hydrolysis condensate, and(E) 0.01-10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst, and characterized in that it is also a cationic or non-ionic emulsion.

The fabric finishing agent is capable of imparting various kinds of fabric materials with greatly improved soft but non-sticky feeling of touch with resilient elasticity and the effect of treatment is durable and resistant against laundering and dry cleaning.

摘要： The inventive fabric treatment agent can impart excellent hydrophilicity to fabric materials of, in particular, synthetic fibers with durability and launderability. The principal ingredient of the agent is a copolymer composed of three types of moieties including (a) a diorganopolysiloxane terminated at both molecular chain ends each with a non-silanolic hydroxy group or other active hydrogen-containing group, e.g. --SH, --COOH and --NH.sub.2, (b) a polyol compound having polyoxyalkylene linkages which is typically a polyoxyethylene glycol and (c) a diisocyanate compound which serves as a coupling agent between the moieties (a) and (b).

摘要： The silicone-based fiber finishing agent is particularly suitable for synthetic fiber-made fabric materials such as waddings of polyester fibers to impart excellent softness and smoothness in touch and free from yellowing even by heating with high resistance against dry cleaning. The fiber finishing agent comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane of a substantially linear molecular structure terminated at each molecular chain end with a silanolic hydroxy group or alkoxy group and having at least one amino-substituted hydrocarbon group bonded to the silicon atom in a molecule, (B) an epoxy-containing alkoxy silane compound such as methyl dimethoxy 3-glycidyloxypropyl silane and (C) an epoxy-containing organic compound free from silicon such as glycidyl alcohol and glycidyl methacrylate.

摘要： The organopolysiloxane in the inventive latex is modified with phosphonate ester-containing groups such as those expressed by the formula --Si--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --PO(OEt).sub.2 (Et: ethyl group) and --Si--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --PO(ODd).sub.2 (Dd: dodecyl group) and exhibits excellent performance in the applications as a fabric treatment agent and the like. The inventive organopolysiloxane latex can be prepared by the polymerizing reaction of an organosilicon compound or, preferably, an organopolysiloxane and a phosphonate ester-modified alkoxysilane emulsified together in an aqueous medium containing a surface active agent of the class of the organic sulfonic acid type or a sulfate ester type ones which serves both as an emulsifier and as an acid catalyst.

摘要： An excellently pleasant feeling of softness and elastic resilience can be imparted to a fabric material treated with the inventive fabric finishing agent which is an aqueous emulsion of a copolymer obtained by the emulsion polymerization, in an aqueous emulsion of an organopolysiloxane having radical-polymerizable groups, e.g., vinyl groups, or mercapto-substituted hydrocarbon groups, e.g., 3-mercaptopropyl groups, as the polymerization medium of an acrylic or methacrylic monomer, e.g., alkyl acrylates and methacrylates, in a specified amount relative to the amount of the organopolysiloxane. The acrylic or methacrylic monomer may be partly replaced with a polyfunctional monomer, e.g., acrylic and methacrylic acids, N-methylol acrylamide, glycidyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and the like, and/or a monomer of the third class, e.g., styrene and acrylonitrile. The emulsion may be further admixed with an organohydrogen polysiloxane as a crosslinking agent and a catalyst for the crosslinking reaction.

摘要： A process for preparing a self-crosslinkable aminosiloxane emulsion, comprising:dispersing by emulsification in water in the presence of a cationic surface active agent and a nonionic surface active agent:(A) a specific organosilicon compound that may have a hydroxyl group and/or an alkoxy group;(B) a specific organosilicon compound having a nitrogen-containing monovalent hydrocarbon group; and(C) a specific organosilane having a hydroxyl group and/or an alkoxy group, and or a partial hydrolysis-condensation product thereof;subsequently carrying out emulsion polymerization in the presence of an alkaline catalyst; andthereafter neutralizing the reaction product.The resulting emulsion is useful as softening agents, smoothing agents or feeling improver for all sorts of textiles, and binders between fibers.

摘要： The invention provides a method for the preparation of a stable aqueous emulsion of a poly(silsesquioxane) without formation of gelled particles. In the method, a trialkoxysilane compound as the starting material is first emulsified in an aqueous medium containing a cationic surface active agent and a non-ionic surface active agent having a specified HLB value in the range from 16 to 20 in combination followed by the addition of an alkali catalyst and heating to effect hydrolysis and polycondensation of the trialkoxysilane.
