摘要： A compressor includes a casing, a compression mechanism, a drive shaft, a main frame, a motor, a flow path forming member, and a temperature measuring mechanism. The casing stores lubricating oil in its bottom portion. The main frame has the compression mechanism placed on it and supports the drive shaft in such a way that the drive shaft may freely rotate. The flow path forming member forms an oil flow path at a space adjacent an inner peripheral surface of the casing. The oil flow path carries a flow of lubricating oil, which lubricates sliding portions including the compression mechanism and the drive shaft. The temperature measuring mechanism is disposed outside the casing. The temperature measuring mechanism measures the temperature of a section of an outer peripheral surface of the casing adjacent the oil flow path.

An FPC (1) of this invention includes: a signal line pattern (2) for inputting a communication signal; and signal protective line patterns (3, 4) provided to be opposed to an upper surface and a lower surface of the signal line pattern and having the same width as a width of the signal line pattern (2) or a larger width than the width of the signal line pattern (2). The signal protective line patterns are provided along the signal line pattern within a region that requires tamper resistance.

摘要： The present invention quickly detects an offset and prevents cutoff of low frequency signals. Offset detection circuits smooth an output of a variable gain amplifier at a predetermined time constant and detects the offset, which is a DC component. The detected offset is added to the input of the variable gain amplifier by an adder and the offset in the output of the variable gain amplifier is corrected. The time constant in the offset detection circuit is changed by the resistance values of the variable resistors. Then, the time constant is changed to a small time constant when the gain of the variable gain amplifier is changed and thereafter to a large time constant.

The piezoelectric body which has excellent planarity and a thin board shape can be manufactured at low cost by the method.

A frequency modulation circuit applies frequency modulation to the output signal of the front-end processing circuit and outputs a processed signal. The front-end processing circuit includes a variable amplifier and a level detector. The variable amplifier receives a feedback signal and amplifies a signal by an amplification factor corresponding to the feedback signal. The level detector outputs the feedback signal to the variable amplifier in accordance with a level of a signal obtainable in a circuit succeeding the variable amplifier. The front-end processing circuit maintains the signal supplied to the frequency modulation circuit at a constant level.

摘要： A matrix type piezoelectric/electrostrictive (P/E) actuator includes a plurality of piezoelectric/electrostrictive elements, each including a piezoelectric/electrostrictive body and at least one pair of electrodes formed on a ceramic substrate. The matrix type P/E actuator is activated by the displacement of the piezoelectric/electrostrictive bodies. The piezoelectric/electrostrictive elements are joined to the ceramic substrate as respective unified bodies, and are two-dimensionally arranged independently from each other. The piezoelectric/electrostrictive actuator provides a greater displacement with a lower voltage, a high responsive speed, and a greater generating force, as well as enhancing the mounting ability and the integration. A method for manufacturing such a matrix type P/E actuator is also disclosed.
