摘要： A lead type chip capacitor which is disclosed herein comprises a capacitor chip having a lead terminal bonded thereto through a joining or bonding layer made of a highly melting metal paste. The lead type chip capacitor is produced by bonding at least one internal electrode in a capacitor chip with a lead terminal by a metal paste, drying them at a temperature in a range of 100.degree. to 200.degree. C., and firing the resulting capacitor chip with the lead terminal bonded thereto at a temperature in a range of 500.degree. to 900.degree. C. in the air or in a nitrogen atmosphere.

The microwave sensor has a wave absorber to generate heat through absorption of microwave energy and a thermistor to detect temperature of this wave absorber. The temperature sensor has a thermistor to detect the ambient temperature around the wave absorber. A controller determines a value of microwave power on the basis of the output of the microwave sensor or each output of the microwave sensor and temperature sensor. The microwave oven can accurately detect microwave power without being influenced by variation of ambient temperature around the microwave sensor.

摘要： Corrosion resistant material is used for lead wires of the thermistor, and an exposed portion of electrodes of the thermistor and a portion surrounding a weld portion of the lead wires are coated with corrosion resistant material. Since the lead wires themselves are made of corrosion resistant material, no corrosion occurs in the welding portion and a cut working portion. Further, the lead wires and the exposed portion of the electrodes are coated with corrosion resistant material. Thereby an electronic device having extremely high corrosion resistivity and hence high durability and reliability is produced, with the result that the electronic device can be used for a long period without corrosion under the heavily corrosive environment, such as sulfur dioxide gas atmosphere.
