摘要： A mobile system and process for manufacturing cement additives and/or concrete admixture products comprises at least two tanks each containing a different raw material for manufacturing cement additives or concrete admixtures; a frame for mounting and transporting as an integral unit at least two pumps operative to transfer the raw materials into a blender which mixes the raw materials together to provide a cement additive or concrete admixture for dispensing at the destination site, which could be the manufacturer's new or remote manufacturing site, or even a customer's site such as a cement plant or a ready-mix concrete plant. The frame can be placed upon or attached to wheels, as in a truck or trailer frame, and the tanks may also be placed on or secured to the truck or trailer frame. A preferred skid-mounted system comprises pumps, valves, meters, and a computer processor unit which can control the equipment and permit adjustments to be made at the destination site. Tanks of raw materials may be transported to a destination site together with or separately from the frame-mounted equipment, and finished products can be blended and adjusted on site by computer-controlled operation drawing upon inputted information parameters such as the quality of limestone, cement, aggregates, water, and also by drawing upon customer profile information (desired product blends, performance features, etc.) at the destination site.

Preferred processes and systems of the invention employ pump means for feeding admixture raw materials from the transport tanks to a blender, metering means for measuring the amount or rate of raw materials fed into the blender, and quality control units for monitoring physical characteristics of the finished product being delivered. Quality control units, such as devices for measuring certain physical properties such as total solids, specific gravity, pH, viscosity, volume, or other properties, may be employed to monitor, control, and track the nature of finished admixture product as they are made and/or dispensed, and even of the individual raw material components being processed in the system.

The rack is easily rotated by hand, has a relatively small turning radius and has the capacity to hold several dozen ties. Once the tie rack is placed in the container, the container serves to both store and protect the ties in an organized and out-of-the-way manner. The tie rack and container combination can be hung together in an existing space. The container allows the fully loaded tie rack to be quickly and easily lifted out of the container in one smooth motion, and directly hung on a rod or on a merchandising fixture in a store without the use of special tools or equipment, such that the ties are readily and pleasingly displayed.

摘要： A uniform microfluidized nanoemulsion is disclosed containing a synergistic combination of two antioxidants and a cell membrane stabilizer phospholipid (i.e., an anti-oxidant synergy formulation; ASF). The microfluidized nanoemulsion improves the combination's cell membrane permeability by at least four-fold over conventional nanoemulsion compositions, which significantly increases the intracellular concentration of typically cell-impermeant antioxidants (i.e., for example, tocopherol) and/or systemic bioavailability. As a nanoemulsion, synergistic combination has greater anticancer efficacy than the same combination applied as a free solution.
