摘要： A method of assembling a wardrobe box assembly includes providing a wardrobe box and a hanger support member, the wardrobe box defining an interior cavity, a first box mounting slot, and a second box mounting slot, the hanger support member defining a first hanger engagement slot and a second hanger engagement slot; aligning the first hanger engagement slot with the first box mounting slot and aligning the second hanger engagement slot with the second box mounting slot; and engaging the first hanger engagement slot with the first box mounting slot and engaging the second hanger engagement slot with the second box mounting slot to mount the hanger support member on the wardrobe box in a use configuration, wherein the hanger support member extends laterally across the interior cavity.

摘要： A reusable bag for laundry and laundry hangers includes an enclosure made from a flexible web material having an open end and a closed end. The open end has a closure means, while the closed end includes an aperture adapted to receive a portion of each laundry hanger therethrough. With the open end of the enclosure facing upward in a hamper configuration, dirty laundry may be collected and, when the bag is full, the open end of the enclosure may be selectively closed with the closure means. The reusable bag may be transported to a laundry cleaning facility by carrying with a handle strap, and returned with clean laundry hanging on the laundry hangers inside the enclosure. The closed end of the enclosure may be facing upward in a garment bag configuration for protecting the clean laundry.

摘要： Various embodiments of the invention provided a garment box comprising a bottom panel and a container portion that includes a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall, and a fourth side wall. In particular embodiments, the garment box further includes a walled enclosure portion contiguous to the first side wall and comprising a first fold over panel, a second fold over panel, and a third fold over panel. In particular embodiments, the first and third fold over panels include holes located proximate a mid-point of the panels and the second fold over panel includes a slot. The holes are configured to support a rod that is inserted into the walled enclosure portion. The rod is configured to support one or more heads of clothes hangers inserted through the slot and hung on the rod to secure clothes placed in the container portion for shipping.

摘要： The invention defines a movable and horizontally foldable hanger-rack and method of using the same for transporting garments and other goods capable of being suspended from a hanger, between a manufacturer and a retail store. A hanger-rack includes a base structure having wheels, two-opposing side supports extending upwards from the base structure, and an upper support between the sides supports for supporting garments on hangers. The hanger-rack also includes a plurality of strings hanging from the upper supports that facilitate placement of hangers. In a horizontally collapsed position, the hanger-rack is less than null of its fully-extended size. A cargo system is defined including the moveable hanger-rack and a freight container for receiving the same.

It also has side walls that are attached to the front and back walls and close the sides of the box. Each side wall contains two panels which are joined together at a manufacturer's joint midway between the front and back walls to create a column within the side wall. The column extends all the way to the bottom wall and enhances the strength of the side wall. In one embodiment the columns in the side walls support a beam that extends through the box and items may be suspended from the beam. In another embodiment, the bottom wall folds, as do the side walls at their columns, so that the box may be supplied in a knocked-down condition.

Each end bracket is provided with two spaced apart terminal transverse flanges in registration, so that the hanger bar structure may be fitted onto the upper edges of two opposed walls of the wardrobe carton.
