摘要： The invention relates to a method for layer-by-layer deposition of concrete by providing extrudable concrete. A first flow comprising a binder material and water and a second flow comprising a carrier material, an additional component and water are mixed in a static mixer to form a third flow of extrudable concrete. The material of the second flow has a shorter initial setting time than the material of the first flow. The first flow has a first viscosity V1 and the second flow has a second viscosity V2 so that the ratio V1/V2 ranges between 1/40 and 40. The third flow has a viscosity larger than the viscosity of the first flow and the second flow and a yield stress larger than the yield stress of the first flow and the second flow. The material of the third flow has an initial setting time shorter than initial setting time of the first flow.
The invention further relates to a system to extrude concrete, in particular for layer-by-layer deposition of concrete.

摘要： A mobile volumetric concrete mixing system includes a suction system that vacuums up trench spoils while a trench is being cut. These trench spoils are then screened on-site for particle size to be reused and mixed with water, cement, and/or other admixtures at an auger mixer to form a backfill mixture. This backfill mixture may then be loaded into a hopper that continuously agitates the mixture so that the mixture does not harden before pouring. The agitating hopper is coupled to a discharge chute of the auger mixer and includes one or more augers disposed at various orientations that the backfill mixture is channeled through. From the agitating hopper, the backfill mixture is channeled to an applicator that moves along the trench and that enables the mixture to be quickly poured into the trench with little clean-up required.

摘要： A method of estimating the hydration reactivity of coal ash with high precision and determining the amount of milling water for obtaining a milling product in funicular form at the stage of milling; and a molding method being free from the problem of adhesion to a pressurization board at the stage of molding after the milling. When any collected coal ash exhibits a corrected basicity ((CaO+Fe2O3+MgO)/SiO2 (weight ratio)) of 0.1 or higher and a reactivity index (corrected basicity/(R2O/Al2O3) (weight ratio)) of 10 or higher, the coal ash as a raw ash is transferred to raw ash silo (2). Otherwise, the coal ash is transferred to waste ash silo (3). The raw ash within the raw ash silo (2) is poured in mill (8), and lime and gypsum are added and further milling water is charged thereto and milled. The amount of milling water is regulated so that with respect to agitator power per weight of material milled by the mill, the ratio of (average of power during 30 to 40 sec after completion of water charging)/(power at idling) ranges from 3 to 4, and so that with respect to agitator power per weight of material milled during 30 to 90 sec after completion of water charging, the ratio of (width of power fluctuation)/(average of power) ranges from 0.1 to 0.3.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing high density slurry and paste backfills for use in mining operations and to associated backfill paste production facilities which incorporate the aforesaid method and apparatus. The high density slurry or paste is produced from a mill tailings mixture in a silo which includes a percolation/decant device for pecolating water out of the mill tailings mixture and for decanting clarified water from atop the settled tailings. While settling occurs, air is introduced from the bottom of the silo to agitate the mixture to ensure substantially homogeneous settlement of the solids. Once settled, the resultant high density slurry or paste is fluidized by air in order to give the paste more readily flowable characteristics. The flowable paste can then be mixed with a setting agent and pumped or transported to the mine site to be used as a settable backfill.

摘要： A method of forming a mixture of powdered material and water includes the step of providing a hopper, a holding tank, a tube intermediate the hopper and the holding tank, and an air-powered auger arranged to feed powdered material from the hopper through the tube to the holding tank. The method proceeds by adding powdered material to the hopper, supplying water to the tube, and operating the auger to feed the powdered material into the tube, to mix it with water in the tube, and then to push the mixture out of the tube to the holding tank. For drywall texturing applications, the mixture may then be delivered from the holding tank under pressure to a spray nozzle. An apparatus for forming a mixture of powdered material and water includes a hopper, a holding tank, a tube intermediate the hopper and the holding tank, and an auger extending from the hopper into the tube. The auger feeds the powdered material from the hopper into the tube, mixes the powdered material in the tube with water introduced in the tube in order to produce the mixture, and then pushes the mixture out the second end of the tube to the holding tank. One embodiment includes a frame for supporting the foregoing components along with an air-driven motor for the auger, an air-driven pump for delivering the mud from the holding tank to a spray nozzle, a first air-driven stirring mechanism for stirring the powdered sack material in the hopper, a second air-driven stirring mechanism for stirring the mixture held in the holding tank, and suitable controls for regulating the production of mud according to the amount used.
