    • Provided are a paste composition capable of achieving a BSF effect which is equivalent to or greater than a conventionally achieved BSF effect even when used in either case where a thin back surface electrode layer is formed on a thick silicon semiconductor substrate or case where a thin back surface electrode layer is formed on a thin silicon semiconductor substrate and, when used in a case where a thin back surface electrode layer is formed on a thin silicon semiconductor substrate, not only capable of achieving a BSF effect which is equivalent to or greater than a conventionally achieved BSF effect, but also capable of more suppressing deformation of the silicon semiconductor substrate after being fired, than in a case where the conventional paste composition is used in order to form a thin back surface electrode layer; and a solar cell element comprising an electrode formed by using the paste composition. The paste composition comprises aluminum powder as electrically conductive powder and the aluminum powder includes flaky aluminum particles. The solar cell element comprises a back surface electrode (8) formed by applying the above-mentioned paste composition onto a back surface of a p-type silicon semiconductor substrate (1) and thereafter, firing a resultant.

The document processing system includes an encoding unit that encodes a sheet ID for identifying a hand written first document on a sheet to generate a coded sheet ID; a decoding unit that decodes the coded sheet ID; a document-sheet ID association unit that associates the sheet ID with a document ID assigned to a computerized second document; a printing unit that acquires the sheet ID and prints the coded sheet ID on the first document; a sheet ID management unit that manages the sheet ID; an information acquisition unit that acquires the sheet ID decoded by the decoding unit, and hand-written data from the first document on which the coded sheet ID is printed; and a process-sheet ID association unit that associates the sheet ID with a process ID of a process for processing the hand-written data acquired by the information acquisition unit.

    • An electronic camera which detachably connects to a communication interface which allows the camera to communicate with an electronic device such as a personal computer. The communication interface includes circuitry which converts signals utilized by a microprocessor within the camera which are usually within a range of 0 to +5 volts to a level which is utilized to communicate with the computer. When an RS-232 connection is used to communicate between the camera and the computer, the circuitry within the communication interface converts the signals utilized by the camera to a level between -15 and -5 volts for a low signal and +5 and +15 volts for a high signal. The communication interface includes a mechanical connector having two latching mechanisms which connect to receiving members of the camera. The latching mechanisms pivot and are both moved by a single pushing member. The latching mechanisms are constructed as three level elements where the first level includes the latching member, the second level aligns with a level of a frame for supporting the latching mechanism, and the third level includes a surface against which the pushing member pushes.
