    • An imaging device has color signal generating means (20) for outputting first color signals (R5, G5, B5) corresponding to incident light, and matrix operation means (67) for performing a matrix calculation including multiplication of the first color signals, color signals obtained by raising the first color signals to a power with a first constant (i) as an exponent, color signals obtained by raising the first color signals to a power with a second constant (j) as an exponent, and corresponding matrix coefficients to obtain second color signals (R6, G6, B6). The first and second constants and the matrix coefficients are determined so that the total characteristics of the color signal generating means and the spectral sensitivity characteristic correction means (6) approximate human chromatic curves or spectral sensitivity curves obtained by a linear transformation thereof. Good color reproducibility can be obtained without the use of an infrared cut filter for chromatic correction in the imaging device, and high-sensitivity imaging can be performed under dark conditions.

Therefore, it is prevent a power source circuit from failing to operate under the condition that a power source of a large internal resistance is coupled thereto, and the rush current, for example, causes the power source voltage drop.

    • A semiconductor integrated circuit device provides; a master chip including a basic cell region having a plurality of basic cell arrays arranged thereon, for forming various kinds of circuits. An input/output cell region provides a plurality of input/output cells arranged along the periphery of the basic cell region. A first wiring layer is formed on the basic cell region and the input/output cell region via a first insulation layer and has contact holes at predetermined positions. The first wiring layer includes fixed wirings irrespective of the kind of circuit to be formed. A second wiring layer is formed on the first wiring layer via a second insulation layer having through holes at predetermined positions. The second wiring layer includes programmed wirings to specify the kind of circuit to be formed. Only the wiring pattern of the second wiring layer is suitably changed in accordance with the kind of circuits to be formed and connected among the input/output cell region, basic cell regions in regions corresponding to the input/output cell regions and the basic cell region, thereby greatly reducing a turnaround time of the device.
