摘要： Provided is a catalytic surface activation method for electroless deposition comprising a metallic aerosol nanoparticle generation step of generating metallic aerosol nanoparticles, which act as plating initiation catalyst; a metallic aerosol nanoparticle fixation step of fixing the resultant metallic aerosol nanoparticles on a plating surface; and an electroless deposition step of impregnating the material to be plated in an electroless deposition solution to form a plating layer on the plating surface on which the metallic aerosol nanoparticles have been fixed. The catalytic surface activation method for electroless deposition of the present invention is applicable to large-scale plating with simple process and superior applicability, improves the plating characteristics with little impurity generation, requires no post-treatment process for removing impurities and is environment-friendly with no wastewater generation by directly fixing metallic aerosol nanoparticles on the material to be plated.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for the aerosol synthesis of carbon nanostructures under atmospheric pressure comprising a spark generation step of generating a spark between a graphite electrode made of carbon and a metal electrode made of a catalytic metal inducing the graphitization of carbon and vaporizing the carbon component of the graphite electrode and the metal component of the metal electrode utilizing the heat produced by the spark, thereby generating carbon vapor and metal vapor; and a carbon nanostructure generation step of cooling and condensing the carbon vapor and the metal vapor to form a graphitic carbon layer and catalytic metal particles and generating carbon nanostructures in which the graphitic carbon layer grows on the surface of the catalytic metal particles and covers the catalytic metal particles.

摘要： A method for fabricating a multi-layer printed circuit board can include forming an etching resist layer on a first metal layer having plating grooves that selectively expose the first metal layer, forming a plated layer at the surface of the first metal layer exposed by the plating groove through a plating process to form connection protrusion, removing the etching resist layer, forming an insulation layer at the first metal layer and positioning a second metal layer at the surface of the insulation layer coupled to an end portion of the connection protrusion. By forming the connection protrusion through the plating process, a loss of material can be reduced and a strength of the connection protrusion can be increased. Further, a complexity of the fabrication process is reduced to reduce costs and increase productivity.

摘要： A fabricating method for a multi-layer printed circuit board is provided. The method may include attaching a releasing film at upper and lower surfaces of a center layer and attaching a first metal film to each of the releasing films and a resist layer to each of the first metal films to form a base member. A first connection portion may then be formed on each of the first metal films, and a second connection portion may be integrally formed on each of the first connection portions. A second metal film may then be formed on each of the second connection portions so as to be electrically connected to the connection portions, and, in turn, to the first metal films. Specific portions of the second metal films may be etched to form copper patterns. Upper and lower portions may then be separated by the releasing films to form separate multi-layer printed circuit boards.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for the combustion synthesis of carbon nanotubes characterized with the combustor having an oxidizing agent inlet, a fuel inlet and an inert gas inlet, such that the inverse diffusion flame occurs within the combustor, thereby producing carbon nanotubes without using vacuum, and a method for the combustion synthesis of carbon nanotubes using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to directly collect samples including carbon nanotubes without oxidation and a substrate may be installed with ease. Moreover, the manufacturing cost can be lowered to a level suitable for mass production so that the carbon nanotube technology can be extended to various applications.
