摘要： Provided are a coded block pattern (CBP) estimating method which is performed using an average value and a dispersion value between blocks of CBPs in a moving picture encoder for IP-TVs (Internet Protocol-Televisions), and a block mode decision method, which can determine all block modes with only the first 16×16 block. Accordingly, since an additional operation for mode determination is not necessary, an amount of calculation and thus a calculation time can be remarkably reduced.

A port is provided on a side portion of the housing for allowing a removable media source, such as a DVD, to be selectively inserted into and removed from the entertainment unit.

摘要： The present invention relates to a photosensitive composition comprising a triazine-based photoactive compound containing oxime ester. The photosensitive composition according to the present invention has good sensitivity, retention rate, mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance and developing durability since it contains, as photopolymerization initiator, a compound having an oxime ester group and a triazine group in one molecule and thus effectively absorbs UV radiation. Therefore, the photosensitive composition according to the present invention is advantageous not only in curing of materials for color filters, resin black matrixes, column spacers, overcoats and passivation films of liquid crystal displays, but also in high temperature process characteristics.

摘要： A three position headpiece including a crown portion removably connected to a visor portion. The headpiece can be worn with the crown portion and visor portion connected by a concealed continuous fastening mechanism or the crown portion and the visor portion can be worn separately.
