The optical device includes a light-transmitting base film. A plurality of convex portions is formed on at least one surface of the base film, and microscopic optical patterns have peaks and valleys, which abut each other, on part of the convex portions. Alternatively, a plurality of third fine optical patterns is formed on at least one surface of the base film. A portion of each third fine optical patterns abutting the base film forms a figure having long and short axes. Each of the third fine optical patterns has a peak with a height that decreases from the center to both ends thereof along the long axis.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for preparing arrays of oligopeptide nucleic acid probes immobilized on a solid matrix by employing polymeric photoacid generator. Arrays of peptide nucleic acid probes of the invention are prepared by the steps of: (i) derivatizing the surface of a solid matrix with aminoalkyloxysilane in alcohol and attaching a linker with acid-labile protecting group on the solid matrix; (ii) coating the solid matrix with polymeric photoacid generator (PAG); (iii) exposing the solid matrix thus coated to light to generate acid for eliminating acid-labile protecting group; (iv) washing the solid matrix with alkaline solution or organic solvent and removing residual polymeric photoacid generator; and, (v) attaching a monomeric peptide nucleic acid with acid-labile protecting group to the solid matrix, and repeating the previous Steps of (ii) to (v). In accordance with the present invention, neutral peptide nucleic acid probes, as the promising substitute for conventional negatively-charged oligonucleotide probes, can be prepared by employing polymeric photoacid generator in a simple and efficient manner, while overcoming the problems confronted in the prior art DNA chip fabrication using PR system and PPA system.

摘要： PTC conductive polymer composition includes organic polymer containing polyolefin components essentially consisting of 30˜40 w % high density polyethylene (HDPE), 20˜40 w % low density polyethylene (LDPE) and 10˜30 w % ethylene-acrylic-acid (EAA) or ethylene-vinyl-acetate (EVA), and 20˜30 w % high or low density polyethylene which is denaturated into maleic anhydride compound; 60˜120 w % electrical conductive particles dispersed into the organic polymer, the electrical conductive particles by weight of the organic polymer; and 0.2˜0.5 w % peroxidic cross-linking agent added for cross-linking reaction by weight of the organic polymer. Thus, it becomes possible to control PTC characteristics such as switching temperature and trip time of an electrical device by suitably adjusting an added amount of the polyethylene, which is denaturated into maleic anhydride compound.

More specifically, relates to human ScFv molecules neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, and a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis and a composition for treating cancer, which contain the human ScFv molecules. The disclosed monoclonal antibody neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor shows excellent neutralizing ability in living cells, compared to that of a commercially available antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, and shows the ability to neutralize vascular endothelial growth factor receptor not only in humans, but also in mice and rats. Thus, the monoclonal antibody will be useful in anticancer studies and will be highly effective in cancer treatment.

摘要： Disclosed is an on-site treatment method of food waste generated from multi-unit dwellings and institutional food service facilities, by transporting wastewater-containing food waste to a separation chamber by use of domestic wastewater or an additional transporter; separating the transported food waste to wastewater and food waste; and treating the separated wastewater in a sewage disposal plant, and the separated food waste using disposal equipment. Such food waste can be treated even using disposal equipment of small capacities, due to separation of wastewater and food waste, compared to disposal equipment of large capacities required for treating wastewater and food waste together. Also, the quality of the separated wastewater is better than the conventional quality of wastewater, and thus loads of the sewage disposal plant can be efficiently decreased.

摘要： An output driving circuit is provided that may reduce power consumption by decreasing static current leakage in a liquid crystal display device. The output driving circuit of an output buffer of a source driver integrated circuit may include: an output driving unit including a pull-up transistor and a pull-down transistor coupled to a source line driving signal output terminal; and a sub output driving unit configured to perform an output driving operation together with the output driving unit during a normal operation period of an active horizontal synchronization signal and configured to be disabled during a period in which the horizontal synchronization signal is inactive in response to a control signal, in order to reduce static current leakage flowing through the output driving circuit. Current leakage is reduced in the inactive period of a horizontal synchronization signal in an output driving circuit, thereby reducing power consumption of a liquid crystal display device.
