摘要： The present invention relates to a cushioning device for supporting a large animal such as a cow or a horse. The cushioning device comprises a top surface, a bottom surface, said top surface and bottom surface forming a chamber, and an amount of a gelatinous filling material disposed within the chamber. The present invention relates also to methods of transporting and installing a cushioning device for supporting a large animal. The method comprises transporting the cushioning device and a compound capable of creating a gel upon contact with a liquid may be delivered separately to the site. At the remote site the compound may be disposed within the chamber and the chamber may then be filled with an amount of liquid to create the gel within the cushioning device. The compound may also be delivered to the site already disposed within the chamber.

A first NMOS transistor's drain is coupled to a first PMOS transistor's drain; source coupled to ground line; and gate coupled to a first capacitor coupled to ground line. The second NMOS transistor's source is coupled to gate of first NMOS transistor and first capacitor. 摘要： A dual-plenum showerhead for semiconductor processing operations is provided. The showerhead may include a faceplate with two sets of gas distribution holes, each set fed by a separate plenum. One set of gas distribution holes may be through-holes in the faceplate of the showerhead and may allow gases trapped between the faceplate and a plasma dome to flow towards a wafer. The other set of gas distribution holes may distribute gas routed through passages or channels in the faceplate towards the wafer. 摘要： An OTP bit cell includes a latch circuit of cross-coupled inverters. A floating gate PMOS transistor is inserted in each of the inverters. One or the other of the floating gate PMOS transistors is programmed through an included programming circuit so that a differential output of the latch circuit provides a corresponding logic state that is the same each time when read. To program a selected floating gate PMOS transistor, appropriate write inputs are applied to the programming circuit while a high reference voltage to the OTP bit cell is raised to a level such that the selected floating gate PMOS transistor is programmed.
