摘要： A non-lethal projectile and launcher therefor for riot control and the like comprising a body formed from a relatively soft, pliant latex material compressed to projectile form and mounted within a restraining cup which in turn is mounted in a firing shell. The body at its rearward end includes retracted guidance structure that extends on the projectile being fired, a chamber at its forward end to receive a marking fluid for marking the target, and internal subdivisions in its mid portion designed to permit the body to expand laterally on impacting into a soft textured mass that flattens on impact to avoid injury to the target. The projectile launcher is in the form of a barrel assembly including a bell shaped muzzle which permits the projectile to be fired without jamming even when held against the target and braking slots for discharging the propelling gases rearwardly of the launcher to reduce recoil.

摘要： A non-lethal home defense implement in the form of a projectile firing tube for firing a non-lethal type projectile, in which the tube nozzle end has a hand grip portion equipped with a hand operated contact closing member for energizing a target light beam directed in the direction of firing, and the other end of the implement is equipped with a hand grip portion including a trigger for firing the tube. The operator holds one end of the device in either hand and presses the contact closing member with the hand at that end of the implement to energize the contact beam for directing same at the target, with the trigger being actuated by the other hand to fire the implement. The implement electric circuiting is arranged so that both the contact bar and trigger must be depressed to fire the implement.

摘要： Lift apparatus for raising wall sections from a prone position to an upright position comprises at least one lift assembly including a socket-like pivotal base, an upright support having the lower end releasably inserted into the pivotal base adapted to pivot with the base as the wall section is raised, and a movable lift member slidable up the upright support adapted to receive an upper end portion of the wall section and raise with the wall section as lifting forces are applied to the wall section and automatically latch against downward movement as the lifting forces are removed. For raising longer wall sections two or more similar lift assemblies are located at spaced intervals along the wall section and alternately raised in incremental distances until the wall section is upright.
