    • A cooling/heating panel has a planar radiation panel (12), a metallic holding member (18) arranged partially on a backside of the radiation panel (12), and a resin heat exchange pipe (16) held by the holding member (18). The holding member (18) has: a flat soaking plate (20) which is superimposed on the radiation panel (12); and a holding portion (22) which is erected on the soaking plate (20) and latches the heat exchange pipe (16). The heat exchange pipe (16) has an outside diameter larger than an inside diameter of the holding portion (22) before the heat exchange pipe (16) is attached to the holding portion (22) and in a state in which the heat exchange pipe (16) is attached to the holding portion (22), the holding portion (22) holds a side face of the heat exchange pipe (16) repulsively from both sides.

    • In the vehicle antenna, a GPS antenna, a radio wave beacon antenna for VICS/automatic rate, and an optical beacon antenna are incorporated into between the mirror of a room mirror and a cover and they are united together into an integrated body. The vehicle antenna is structured such that it is allowed to transmit and receive signals with respect to a GPS, a VICS/automatic rate beacon, and an optical beacon through the windshield of a vehicle. This structure eliminates the need to install the respective antennas of the vehicle antenna onto a vehicle body and an instrumental panel, thereby being able to improve the appearance of the interior of the vehicle. Also, since the vehicle antenna is incorporated in the room mirror, the vehicle antenna is not visible directly to the eyes of a driver and is kept from reflecting its shade into the windshield to thereby prevent interference with the driving operation of the driver.

    • A power amplifier for use in a PWM signal includes a pulse width modulation signal generating circuit proportional to an amplitude of an input signal, an amplitude modulating circuit for amplitude-modulating the pulse width modulating signal in accordance with the level of the input signal and a power amplifying stage driven by the pulse width modulation signal which was amplitude-modulated. The amplitude modulating circuit or modulator is comprised of, by way of example, a pair of level shifting circuits (21) and (22), each being supplied with the input signal, a pair of switching circuits (23) and (24) for switching the respective outputs of these level shifting circuits by the pulse width modulation signal and an adder (25) for adding the outputs from these switching circuits, wherein this adder can produce at its output a pulse width modulation signal which is amplitude-modulated and the power amplifying stage utilizing bipolar transistors can efficiently be driven by this pulse width modulation signal.
