摘要： A method and system for allocating resources in a communication system are provided. The system includes a Base Station (BS) for allocating persistent resources included in a persistent resource area to one or more a Mobile Stations (MS) using the persistent resource area, for allocating an Identifier (ID) indicating an allocation order of the persistent resources to each of the one or more the MS using the persistent resource area, for transmitting resource allocation information including the ID and the number of slots included in the persistent resources to each of the one or more MSs using the persistent resource area, and for allocating dynamic resources to one or more MSs using a dynamic resource area, after the persistent resource allocation is completed for all of the one or more MSs using the persistent resource area. The persistent resource area includes successive persistent resources along a time axis and along a frequency axis.

摘要： An apparatus and method for transmitting MAP by a base station in a wireless mobile communication system using a frame that includes a plurality of mini frames occupying a specific time period, each of the mini frames including a plurality of Resource Blocks (RBs) occupying a specific frequency band are provided. A number of RBs to be occupied by a data burst to be transmitted is determined. A first variable indicative of a number of mini frames to be occupied by the data burst is determined based on a resource amount corresponding to the number of RBs and an available resource amount of the mini frame. A second variable is determined based on the number of RBs and the first variable. MAP is transmitted that includes the first variable, the second variable, and information indicating RBs where a resource is allocated in a mini frame first located in a time domain among the mini frames to be occupied by the data burst. Each of the RBs where the resource is allocated represents an RB where one of packets segmented from the data burst is allocated.

The folding bitmap provides zone configuration information about zones included in a subframe and the ZF indicates whether a last zone of the zones is allocated as a first service zone or a second service zone. The first service zone carries data for a first service, the second service zone carries data for a second service, and each of the first and second services zones includes at least one resource unit.

In a method for operating a base station, whether a resource used for a system of a different standard and a resource used for one of an HARQ reply and an HARQ retransmission packet by a synchronous HARQ scheme collide with each other is estimated. A collision packet ID is allocated to an HARQ subburst corresponding to one of an HARQ reply and an HARQ retransmission packet estimated to collide, and an offset of the one of the HARQ reply and the HARQ retransmission packet is changed. A MAP message including at least one of the collision packet ID, and changed offset information is generated. The MAP message is transmitted.
