The transmission of the information is controlled by a control unit in the system as well as a memory for storing a vehicle ID, an information generation unit for generating offer information including the vehicle ID, a display unit for displaying information, an output unit for outputting information, and a vehicle-to-vehicle communication unit for establishing communication.
