摘要： In an injection compression molding method of the present invention, dies 11, 12 are clamped with low pressure and a melted thermoplastic resin composition 16 is filled in a cavity space 13 from a gate while moving the cavity space 13 relative to the gate 30, and then the dies 11, 12 are clamped with a high pressure substantially simultaneously with completion of the filling to compress and form the thermoplastic resin composition 16 filled in the cavity space 13. Since the thermoplastic resin composition containing a high content of thermally-conductive filler such as an electrically-conductive filler can be injected and compressed to be molded, the present invention can be applied in manufacturing molding such as a fuel cell separator and a flat antenna.

摘要： Provided is a polycarbonate resin composition which contains specific amounts of a glass filler and glossy particles, which can be molded into an article in which no difference in lightness is visually observed between the left side and the right side of the weld line, and which has excellent optical properties and flame retardancy. The polycarbonate resin composition contains: a composition formed of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) and a glass filler (B) having a difference in refractive index 0.002 or less from the aromatic polycarbonate resin of; glossy particles (C-1) having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or more and less than 50 μm; glossy particles (C-2) having an average particle diameter of 50 to 300 μm; a silicone compound (D) having a reactive functional group; and an organic alkali metal salt compound and/or an organic alkali earth metal salt compound (E). Also provided are a polycarbonate resin molded article produced by molding the resin composition, and a method of producing a polycarbonate resin molded article, which is characterized by involving subjecting the resin composition to an injection molding at a mold temperature of 120° C. or higher.

摘要： At a vibration applying position, ultrasonic vibration is applied upon a liquid film which is on a surface of a substrate. Concurrently with this, at a drop arrival position which is different from the vibration applying position, drops of a cleaning liquid are supplied to the liquid film, whereby wave-generating vibration which is different from the ultrasonic vibration is applied upon the liquid film. This dramatically improves removal of particles adhering to the surface of the substrate as compared with mere application of ultrasonic vibration. Hence, even when the output, the frequency and the like of the ultrasonic vibration are set to such an extent not damaging the substrate, it is possible to effectively remove particles with the wave-generating vibration and favorably clean the surface of the substrate.

摘要： The method of forming a light-weight, fiber-reinforced, particularly glass fiber-reinforced-thermoplastic resin product includes the steps of melting and mixing thermoplastic resin pellets containing parallely oriented fibers 2-100 mm long, injecting the melted resin into a cavity which is closed so that its volume is smaller than that of the final molded product, and, before or after the resin injection is completed, opening the cavity until its volume is equal to that of the final molded product. Unlike the conventional injection-molded products, this product does not require a foaming agent and, if it uses any, requires only a small amount of foaming agent. The product thus formed is light in weight and has fibers uniformly entangled inside, providing an excellent appearance of the surface. Further a skin layer is formed over the surface. These features combined with the reinforcement by the glass fibers offer high strength and high stiffness.

The plurality of discharge ports form a plurality of columns respectively corresponding to the plurality of branch flow channels; and are aligned along and connected to the corresponding branch flow channels. A piezo element applies vibration to the processing liquid flowing through the plurality of branch flow channels.
